A little midweek treat at one of my favourite places in Hong Kong: Tai Kwun. 🥰
We came here to check out the new @aquanueva X @statementhk pop-up, which features a selection of delicious tapas from their award-winning London restaurant. My personal favourites were the beef short rib potato gratin and the iberico pork fillet with lentils and chorizo. 👌🏻
