Warm up.
.
Practice handstand kick up x10 for 3 sets, handstand knee tuck x10 (queue sad song).
.
3 sets (points at the video) - sepa bilang se fit, fit lagi tu nah 3 dari crossfit @lindarustico 🙈 and gang on their trial class.
.
Dip x10, push up (alternate knee push up x10, boat pose x5 each leg (how many times was that, lupa ingatan) hold 5 sec after, leg raise x10 and crunches x10. Repeat 3 sets or was it 4? 🤣 matai, do sampai lupa ingatan sdh.

Cooldown - Paling sedap 🔥🔥🔥
