Side split difference a month apart. Lower than before but still can't reach the floor. The burn 🔥 is also different.

4 Apr - burns around the inner thigh.
11 May - burns from inner thigh to knee.

Does it mean I will feel the burn from inner thigh to foot if it's a full split? 🤣 And am not even seated yet. Would wanna rotate my hips to leg to full range motion, one day. Also trying to fall front instead of pulling my legs back to return to normal. Oh the struggle 😅

It's been awhile since my last video 📹. Have been busy that i didn't have time to edit most of my videks but today managed to edit and post this up for me to remember how my journey to handstand went.
I have definitely improved my arm strength (since I first started) and other skills but am not there yet. Still learning to jump on my own. My jump is not strong enough. My stretching is good though, just haven't reach full side split yet. Working out on a fasting month is a challenge coz I tend to get thirsty. But so far I haven't faint in my 2 class since fasting month started 😂

Believe it or not, I couldn't remember some of the workout breakdown today. But it's usually consist of Warm Up, Pre Warm Up, Pre Pre Warm Up, Workout, Post Workout, Post Post Workout and Cooldown. So yeah, I've included my minor progress for today. Will try to strengthen my arms and core for lifting myself up gracefully.

My 3rd class with coach Bern at Kungfu Dojo.

Here's some of the workouts that I managed to record ⏺. Will try to do more progress video.

Warm up.
.
Practice handstand kick up x10 for 3 sets, handstand knee tuck x10 (queue sad song).
.
3 sets (points at the video) - sepa bilang se fit, fit lagi tu nah 3 dari crossfit @lindarustico ? and gang on their trial class.
.
Dip x10, push up (alternate knee push up x10, boat pose x5 each leg (how many times was that, lupa ingatan) hold 5 sec after, leg raise x10 and crunches x10. Repeat 3 sets or was it 4? ? matai, do sampai lupa ingatan sdh.
.
Cooldown - Paling sedap ???
