Im giving a Bosu ball leg work to our national HERO DDWLCW. Bosu ball is a great addition to any home gym for your muscle.
Not only is it a balance tool for your workout, helping users coordinate muscles and nerves for unstable conditions that you experience in everyday life, but it also assists it a number of other types of training, such as stretching, rehabilitation, and strength training.
By incorporating a bosu ball while lifting free weights, such as dumbbells and barbells, you force your muscles to stabilize and guide the weights thorough the full motion, making your usual exercise routine more challenging. It can also add an extra challenge and intensity to other common exercises, such as pushups, lunges, and squats.
Not just in Malaysia also many others fitness experts from EUROPE & USA agree that adding variety to your workout is a great way to incorporate different benefits, in addition to keeping you entertained and interested in your workout.

It's been stressful being a mother...maybe a little too much for me. Since young, I've never wanted anything this much. I'm not ambitious, never knew what i wanted to be. Never yearned to be famous. Never cared about good grades. Cared more about being happy than being rich. But to have my own family, this, i cared a lot for. i thought i was gonna be natural at it. I underestimated what it takes to be a good mother. i am too hard on myself, bcos i had high expectations of how i will be.
Thank you @misskhong for the reminder. I will learn to strike a balance. Other than being Layla's mother, i am still Sheila Sim. I will slowly implement my self-love routine back into my life. Although having a 6 weeks old who refuses to nap in the afternoon, it is hard trying to schedule anything in. It is hard to even be emotionally stable on some days.
But i will keep trying. It is important to keep my physical and mental wellbeing in check. I'm glad I've been given the green light to exercise after 6 weeks. Thank you @thebettermovementstudio for a very gentle but super effective postnatal session. I needed to reconnect so badly with my body. Pregnancy, delivery and fourth trimester... my body went through so much but i never had the time and mind space to reconnect with it and help it heal. When @thejulinahalim got me to breathe into my pelvic floor space and try to squeeze my abdomen in. I swear it took me a few moments to find that space.
Postnatal care is so crucial, far more important than prenatal care. I'm determined to get my strength and stamina back. Slowly but surely!

Thanks Miss Hong Kong 2016 Bonnie Chan for the invite to shoot the video for her channel. Today I am going to take you through a full body workout that I do when I have to stay home, with limited time or space. We will go through one set of 20 different exercises. Feel free to repeat and add on two to three sets depending on your fitness level. Each exercise is 30 seconds which you give your best and you only get 10 seconds in between. First we will work on our legs, core and then finally arms. Tennis player actually requires strong core and legs. These exercises help improve my stability, balance and tone up my body!

These are few really simple food swaps to make your desserts and meals much healthier. Coming from an athletic background, I was so involved in physical activities all my life until I started university and I sort of became a potato.
It took quite a fair bit of discipline and a heck load of motivation to get back into the routine of working out. I had an awesome trainer and he definitely taught me the basics and got me accustomed to reading my own body.
Disclaimer: I am no fitness guru, so make sure if you do decide to follow these workouts that you consult with your health practitioner or trainer before commencing. Also, everybody's body is different and it's best you do what's best for you.
All in all, it's about a healthy lifestyle and finding a balance in everything. Love y'all!
