✅Sometimes mix it up. Cardio- strength- resistance- cardio-HIIT. Badan tu kena shock sikit. Build lean MUSCLE and GET STRONG ladies! Every day ok!
✅Kalau tak sihat.. feel your body. Sometimes a good sweat is all you need. Baring all day pun sometimes doesnt help. Know Your Own body.
✅Drink water loads and wash your face before and right after workout. Air pollution plus sweat: jerawat.
✅Jangan takut cuba benda baru. Have CONFIDENCE IN YOU.

Bermaksud: sekarang ni kita workout cam nak mam supaya tak rasa bloated dan bersalah later. Oklah sempat bakar 300 kalori lebih and now nak bersiap ke dinner.

Sometimes you just have to figure out how to find a balance. Nak rasa konfident memang kena usaha lebih sikit dan alasan kena buang ke tepi..mood pun akan better bila kita rasa konfident dengan diri sendiri- tak suka rasa lemah lesu and ‘berat’- korang paham kan. ❤️
