I like Prawn Bhel with Perrier-Jouet Blanc de Blancs, it’s very refreshing & matched well with Blanc de Blancs, bringing out more floral, peach & freshness. MacauEat 很高興今次我們能得到兩個本土餐飲品牌信心,策動這次有趣,手搖店和法式餐館的美食碰撞。
🔸在今次聯乘活動中「常喜 Cafe Cheri」以半邊檸使用的特選檸檬和飲品為靈感,設計了一頓五道菜式的Tasting Menu
🔸慣常擔任配角的檸檬,其實除了酸味之外,經手打後,還有香茅、南薑和紫蘇等香氣。在每一道菜中,檸檬參與的多少都被精準把控。
🔸本次活動就是想要發掘更多的食材可能性、可塑性,希望可以令大家對食物有著更加開放的態度和看法。
🔸 活動部分收益將捐助到澳門流浪狗團體Masdaw,希望大家可以多關注澳門社區流浪狗問題。

* Preheating is necessary. Even if the recipe was written without "preheat oven ...", you must preheat the oven, and please start baking when the oven reaches a set temperature.
