Vegan and packed with protein, this Spiced Black Chickpeas by @beyond_the_pill is bursting with flavors! Black chickpeas have higher fiber content compared to white chickpeas, and they also have low GI. It’s such an exciting #meatless meal! 🌱
Ingredients
2 cups black gram or chana
2 medium onions, finely chopped
4-5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3-4 green chilies, chopped
3-4 tbsp gram flour (besan)
1 tsp whole cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander cumin powder
8-10 curry leaves (I didn’t find it so didn’t add any, but makes a great addition)
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp tamarind chutney
3-4 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
1/4cup fresh chopped mint leaves
½ cup fresh chopped cilantro leaves
Lemon wedges for garnish
Method
Wash and soak black chickpeas for 3-4 hours or overnight.
Pressure cook the beans for 30 minutes in 6 cups of water and some salt.
In a large pot, on medium heat, add oil. Add in cumin seeds, then finely chopped garlic and onion and sauté until golden.
Add in all dry spices except gram flour. Mix well.
Add in gram flour and quickly mix so it does not burn. Next, add black chickpeas and mix well.
Stir in tamarind chutney and add boiled potatoes. Add fresh mint and cilantro leaves if you like.
Let it cook on low heat until gravy thickens.
Ready to serve. Enjoy it with rice or with some chips!

1/4 cups of wheat tpg
Pinch salt
One spoon of oil
2 cups of hot water and 1 cups of cold water
Salt and oil unite in the water first, then little by little it comes into the flour, until it's mixed and melted, don't melt too much, sometimes
Let the kukusan water boiling, and the pot cover with oil and heat just put on the mix just now, and it's closed and steamed in 5 minutes until the bubble is up

Untuk kali kedua ni, saya ada improve sikit bahan.
Resepi Nasi Kandaq
✨Nasi
-Basuh beras dan ketepikan.
-Tumis daun pandan, 3sekawan dan serbuk kunyit menggunakan butter. Masukkan garam dan sedikit gula.
Jika ada pewarna kuning, boleh letak sedikit untuk naikkan warna.
-Kemudian masukkan beras. Masak sebentar di atas dapur.
-Kemudian pindahkan ke dlm rice cooker.
✨Ayam Goreng
-Bahan bancuhan
Tepung serbaguna Pak Lah/Bestari
Sedikit tepung beras
Serbuk Cili Kering
Serbuk Kari Daging
Sedikit Garam
-Adun dgn air sampai kelikatan yang kita nak, dan boleh salut ayam menyeluruh, then goreng ayam smpai masak.

Nasi Kandar recipe
✨ Rice
- Wash rice and put aside.
- Stir-fry pandan leaves, 3 friends and turmeric powder using butter. Put in salt and some sugar.
If there's a yellow dye, you can put some to increase your color.
- Then put in the rice. Cooking for a while in the kitchen.
- Then move it into rice cooker.
✨ Fried Chicken
- Mixing material
Pak Lah / Bestari versatile flour
Some rice flour
Dry Chili Powder
Meat curry powder
A little salt
- Adun with water until the thickness we want, and can salute the whole chicken, then fry the chicken until cooking.
✨ Soy sauce sauce+kari
Big Onion slice
Garlic slice
Spice 3 friends
Cilantro / Sweet Cumin (punch a bit)
- Stir fry all until crispy and smelly

- Balancekan until you can taste the sweetness of soy sauce and spicy curry. And in my opinion, the gravy for Nasi Kandar is not too thick or too melted.

Resepi Laksa Sardin
Bahan-bahan (Kuah Laksa)
1 tin sardin
3 ulas bawang kecil
3 ulas bawang putih
5 sb pes cili
1/2 inci belacan
3 keping asam keping
2 kuntum bunga kantan
3 tangkai daun kesum
1 liter air
1 sk garam
Bahan-bahan (Ulam/Bahan Sampingan)
1 bungkus mi laksa (rebus)
timun (dihiris)
salad hijau (dihiris)
bawang merah (dihiris)
2 biji telur (rebus)
3 cili padi (dipotong)
Cara memasak
1. Kisar halus bawang kecil, bawang putih, pes cili, belacan dan ikan sardin.
2. Tuangkan ke dalam periuk dan masukkan air. Masak sehingga mendidih.
3. Masukkan asam keping, bunga kantan dan daun kesum. Masak seketika.
4. Perasakan dengan garam dan ketepikan.
5. Rebuskan telur.
6. Laksa: Rendam selama 15 minit dan rebus sehingga laksa lembut. Angkat dan toskan air.
7. Masukkan laksa ke dalam mangkuk kosong, tuang kuah dan gandingkan bersama-sama timun, salad, hirisan bawang, telur dan cili padi.

Laksa Sardine Recipe
Ingredients (Laksa Gravy)
1 canned sardine
3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
5 tbsp of chili paste
1/2 inch of shrimp paste
3 slices of tamarind slice
2 torch of ginger flowers
3 stalks of kesum leaves
1 litre water
1 tsp of salt
Ingredients (Condiments)
1 pack of laksa noodle (boil)
cucumber (julienne cut)
green salad (sliced)
red onion (sliced)
2 nos eggs (boil)
3 bird’s eye chili (cut)
Cooking methods
1. Blend shallots, garlic, chili paste, shrimp paste and sardine fish until smooth.
2. Pour in the mixture into pot and add in water. Cook until bubbling.
3. Add in tamarind slice, torch ginger flowers and kesum leaves. Cook for while.
4. Seasons with salt to taste and set aside.
5. Boil the eggs.
6. Laksa: Soaked laksa for 15 minutes and boil them to soft. Remove from heat and sieve the water.
7. Place laksa noodle into a bowl, pour in laksa gravy and garnish with slice cucumber, salads, onion, boiled egg and bird’s eye chilies.

1/2 ekor ayam (dipotong)
Serbuk kunyit secukupnya
Garam secukupnya
Bahan-Bahan Kisar
4 biji bawang merah

2 batang serai
20 tangkai cili kering (dibuang biji & direbus)
Air secukupnya
Bahan-Bahan Kuah
1/2 biji bawang besar (dihiris tebal)
2 tangkai daun kari
1 1/2 biji gula melaka
3 sb sos tiram
1 sb asam jawa
1 biji bawang besar (dipotong bulat)
1 biji cili merah (dihiris memanjang)
Bahan kisar
2 sk garam
Cara memasak
1. Gaulkan ayam bersama kunyit dan garam sehingga sebati.
2. Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali dan gorengkan ayam sehingga sedikit garing & warna bertukar perang. Angkat ke tepi & toskan minyak.
3. Kisarkan cili kering, bawang merah, bawang putih, halia, lengkuas dan serai sehingga lumat.
4. Dengan sedikit minyak gorengan ayam tadi, tumiskan dahulu hirisan bawang merah dan daun kari sehingga naik bau.
5. Tumiskan pula bahan kisar sehingga pecah minyak.
6. Masukkan gula melaka dan gaul sehingga semuanya larut.
7. Masukkan pula sos tiram dan asam jawa.
8. Kemudian, masukkan ayam goreng dan gaulkan sebati.
9. Tambahkan bawang yang dipotong bulat dan masakkan seketika.
10. Perasakan dengan garam. Hiaskan ayam masak merah dengan hirisan cili merah dan ia siap untuk dinikmati.

Turmeric powder sufficiently

Blend Ingredients
4 red onions
5 cloves of garlic
2 inch of gingers
2 inch of galangal
2 stalks of lemongrass
20 pcs of dried chilies (deseeded & boiled)
Water sufficiently
Gravy Ingredients
1/2 large onion (roughly sliced)
2 sprigs of curry leaves
1 1/2 palm sugar
3 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of tamarind
1 large onion (ring sliced)
1 red chili (Julienne cut)
Blend ingredients
2 tsp of salt
Cooking methods
1. Season chicken with turmeric powder and salt.
2. Heat oil inside pan and fry the chicken until the color turns golden brown. Put aside first.
3. Blend well dried chilies, onions, garlic, gingers, galangal and lemongrass.
4. Using some of the fried chicken oil, saute' sliced onion and curry leaves until fragrant.
5. Saute' blended ingredients until the oil separates.
6. Add palm sugar and stir well.
7. Add oyster sauce and tamarind.
8. Next, add fried chicken and mix well.
9. Add onion rings and cook for a while.
10. Season with salt. Garnish Malay-style red cooked chicken with red chili and it is ready to be served.

Cara penyediaan:
1) Gaulkan ketam dengan tepung jagung. Goreng dengan minyak banyak sehingga masak.
2) Untuk penyediaan kuah mentega, cairkan mentega di dalam kuali yang panas. Tumis bawang putih, bawang besar dan daun kari. Setelah naik bau, masukkan telur masin.
3) Tambahkan susu cair. Masukkan ketam yang telah digoreng. Setelah kuah agak pekat, masukkan ketam. Akhir sekali masukkan cili padi.
4) Siap untuk dihidangkan.
Salted Egg Buttermilk Crab Recipe
Ingredients:
2 crab
3 tbsp corn flour
Cooking oil for deep fry
1 hard boiled salted egg (mashed)
½ cup evaporated milk
3 garlic (diced)
1 onion (sliced)
Curry leaves
Bird’s eye chillies
Butter
Preparation:
1) Mix crab with corn flour. Deep fry the crab.
2) For the gravy, stir-fry the garlic, onion, and curry leaves until golden. Add in the mashed salted egg.
3) Add some evaporated milk. Add the fried crab and Bird’s eye chillies. When gravy become thicken, turn off the heat.
4) Ready to serve.
