built in 1933, this Cheung Sha Wan building is one of the last 12 pre-war corner tenement buildings in Hong Kong. It is also relatively well kept with its original details. However, such heritage is currently in the risk of being taken down & redeveloped by the current owner - even it is recently listed as proposed Grade II Historic Building, it has no statutory meaning at all.
