Conventional melts made with sliced bread are so yesterday! Check out my recipe where you replace sliced bread with Mission Supersoft 6-Grain Wraps which add a texture upon grilling that I absolutely love! I’ve always loved quick meals and this recipe is perfect.
GRILLED MUSHROOM & SPINACH MELT
Ingredients
1 Mission Supersoft 6-Grain Wrap
250 gm Button Mushroom, sliced
¼ Medium Yellow Onion, sliced
1 Garlic Clove, minced
½ tsp Parsley Flakes
1 cup Spinach Leaves
¼ cup Cheddar Cheese
¼ cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tbsp Butter
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and fry mushrooms until soft and browned. Then, add onion, garlic, parsley flakes, and season with salt and pepper. Continue frying for another minute. Once done, transfer to a bowl and set aside.
2. Take a Mission Supersoft 6-Grain Wrap and top with cooked mushrooms, fresh spinach leaves and cheese. Wrap into a parcel.
3. In a sandwich grill, grill the wrapped parcel until crispy (alternatively, grill in a pan over medium heat).
4. Ready to be served!

Resepi Roti Bawang Putih bersama Krim Keju / Cream Cheese Garlic Bread
Bahan-bahan
Doh Roti:
250 gram tepung roti
1 sudu besar susu tepung
1 sudu besar gula
1/2 sudu kecil garam
4 gram yis segera
115 ml air
25 ml minyak sayuran
Isi dlm Roti Krim Keju Bawang Putih:
200 gram krim keju
150 gram mentega/butter
60 gram bawang putih cincang
2 sudu besar susu
2 sudu besar gula
1 biji telur
1 sudu besar keju parmesan
2 sudu kecil selasih kering
2 sudu kecil pasli kering
1/4 sudu kecil garam
1 biji Kentang (cincang)
Cara-cara
Dalam mesin pengadun roti, masukkan semua bahan bermula dengan air, yist, gula, tepung roti, susu tepung, garam, dan minyak terakhir. Uli selama 20 minit sehingga elastik. Biarkan doh rehat selama satu jam.
Keluarkan udara dari adunan doh dan bentuk ke dalam bekas atau dlm tray. Bahagikan kepada 4 bahagian. Biarkan ia tahan kira-kira satu jam atau sehingga dua kali ganda saiznya. Semburkan sedikit air ke permukaan doh dan bakar dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan pada suhu 180C selama kira-kira 15 hingga 20 minit. (Bergantung oven masing2). Keluarkan roti dari oven yang perang keemasan dan biarkan roti sejuk sikit.
Untuk membuat isi, satukan mentega cair, telur, susu, keju parmesan, herba kering, gula, bawang putih cincang dan garam bersama dalam mangkuk. Ketepikan
Potong roti yang telah disejukkan menjadi 8 bahagian , pastikan pisau tidak sampai ke bawah ( tidak putus )
Isi roti dengan krim keju lembut.
Golekkan setiap roti dengan campuran bawang putih-mentega yang kita buat tadi.
Taburkan sebilangan kepingan kentang dan masukkan lebih banyak krim keju ke tengah roti sebelum memanggangnya dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan pada suhu 180C selama 25 minit.(bergantung jenis oven)

Sharing a favorite pizza dough recipe for you to explore with your littles this week!
It makes up a large batch of dough (all the work/clean up once!!) and you can freeze it - allow to rise again after defrosting - or our favorite thing to do is to split the dough into 3 portions.
1 for pizza, 1 for pull-apart monkey bread (butter and cinnamon sugar), 1 for garlic parmesan knots (butter, garlic, herbs, and cheese!)
Super yum, super fun, super fuss-free.

HOMEMADE PIZZA DOUGH
2 1/2 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp yeast
7 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp olive oil
1. In a bowl, combine yeast, sugar, and warm water and set aside until it bubbles.
2. In a mixer w kneading hook or by hand, combine flour and salt together before adding the rest of the ingredients. Knead for 10 mins until dough springs back when touched.
3. Coat dough in olive oil, cover and set in a warm place to rise for 1 hour (or overnight)
4. Punch out air and knead again. Separate into portions and allow to rise again for another hour.
5. When ready to assemble, preheat oven to the highest temperature and bake until cheese is bubbly and crust is browned to your preference.

冬の野菜を食べるオーブン焼きグラタン
12人分
材料:
無塩バター 75g
にんにく(みじん切り) 4片
薄力粉 40g
牛乳 (温めておく) 720ml
生クリーム 60ml
塩 小さじ2
コショウ 小さじ2
カリフラワー 中1個
芽キャベツ 340g
とうもろこし 350g
グリエールチーズ(細切り)50g
ベーコン(みじん切りにして炒めておく)110g
チェダーチーズ(細切り)50g
パルメザンチーズ(細切り)50g
パン粉 55g
作り方:
1. オーブンを180°Cに予熱しておく。
2. ベシャメルソースを作る。鍋にバターを入れて中火で溶かす。にんにくを加え、香りが立つまで約3分炒める。
3. 小麦粉を加えて混ぜ、薄い茶色になるまで約3分炒める。
4. 泡立て器で混ぜ続けながら牛乳を注ぎ入れる。生クリーム、塩、コショウを加える。弱火にして10分ほど、かき混ぜながら煮詰める。とろみがついたら火からおろす。
5. カリフラワーの葉を取り除き、食べやすい大きさの小房に切り分ける。芽キャベツは細切りにする。
6. 23x33cmの耐熱皿を用意し、芽キャベツを皿の1/3によせて入れる。真ん中の1/3にとうもろこしを入れる。残りの1/3にカリフラワーを入れる。
7. (4)のベシャメルソースを野菜の上にかける。
8. 芽キャベツの上にグリエールチーズとベーコンをのせる。
9. とうもろこしの上にチェダーチーズをのせる。
10. カリフラワーの上にパルメザンチーズをのせる。
11. 全体にパン粉を振りかける。アルミホイルをかぶせてオーブンで30分焼き、ホイルをとってさらに30分ほど焼く。きつね色になったら、完成!
Vegetable Gratin 3 Ways
for 12 servings
Ingredients:
BÉCHAMEL SAUCE
⅓ cup unsalted butter(75 g)
4 cloves garlic, minced
⅓ cup all-purpose flour(40 g)
3 cups whole milk(720 mL), warmed
¼ cup heavy cream(60 mL)
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
GRATIN
1 medium head cauliflower
12 oz brussels sprouts(340 g)
2 cups corn(350 g)
½ cup shredded gruyère cheese(50 g)
½ cup bacon bits(110 g)
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese(50 g)
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese(50 g)
½ cup bread crumbs(55 g)
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Make the béchamel sauce: Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 3 minutes, or until fragrant.
3. Add the flour and whisk into the butter. Cook for 3 minutes, or until lightly browned.
4. While whisking, pour in the milk and heavy cream. Season with the salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, whisking frequently, until the sauce coats the back of a spoon, about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside.
5. Remove the leaves and stem from the head of the cauliflower and chop into roughly ½-inch (1-cm) florets. Set aside.
6. Trim the Brussels sprouts, then thinly slice. Add the sprouts to a 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) baking dish and push to one side, filling about a third of the dish.
7. Add the corn to the center third of the baking dish. Add the cauliflower florets to the remaining third of the baking dish.
8. Pour the béchamel sauce evenly over the vegetables.
9. Top the Brussels sprouts with the Gruyère cheese and bacon bits.
10. Top the corn with the cheddar cheese.
11. Top the cauliflower with the Parmesan cheese.
12. Sprinkle the bread crumbs evenly over the vegetables.
13. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for 30 minutes more, until the vegetables are tender and the top is golden brown.
14. Serve warm.

高筋麵粉 300g Bread Flour
水 185g Water
鹽 5g Salt

急凍瑞典肉丸 8 Meatballs
義式番茄醬 120g Marinara Sauce
水牛芝士 50g Mozzarella Cheese

蒜頭 3cloves Garlic
鹽 少許 Salt
番茜碎 2g Parsley Flakes
巴馬臣芝士 10g Parmesan Cheese
1.麵粉加鹽,砂糖,水及酵母拌勻揉成團,麵團搓入牛油,放進器皿包保鮮紙發酵一小時
2.將麵團裡的空氣壓出,麵糰平均分成八件
3.在烤盤的表面塗上牛油,灑上麵粉
4.壓平搓成球體的麵糰,加入蕃茄醬,水牛芝士及肉丸
5.將肉丸包入麵團中並搓成球體,放在烤鍋中,包上保鮮紙發酵一小時
3.牛油,蒜蓉,鹽及番茜碎拌勻,塗上蒜蓉醬,灑上巴馬臣芝士
4.預熱焗爐180度,放進焗爐烤20-25分鐘直至金黃色

挪威三文魚柳 500g Salmon Fillet
鹽 適量 Salt
黑胡椒 適量 Black Pepper
檸檬汁 適量 Lemon Juice
蒜頭 8cloves Garlic
洋蔥 ¼ Onion
無鹽牛油 15g Unsalted Butter
白酒 50g White Wine
淡忌廉(鮮奶油) 400g Whipping Cream
巴馬臣芝士 40g Parmesan Cheese
檸檬 1/2pcs Lemon
鹽 適量 Salt
1.三文魚柳解凍,檸檬切半切片備用
