小腿伸展 Calf Stretching
小腿是由”腓腸肌 Gastrocnemius”、”比目魚肌 Soleus”、”跟腱 Achilles Tendon”組成,它們的收縮令我們產生”訖高”向上的動作,所以我們在相返的方向拉扯便能將其伸展。
以圖中兩位女士為例,她們都想伸展左腳小腿,首先我們先站在一幅穩固的牆前約3-4步,然後將右腳向前踏,這個時候左腳小腿位置應該會有拉扯的感覺,雙手按在牆面作輔助,保持動作大約15-20秒便可,過程中緊記雙肩放鬆、腰背挺直、保持呼吸。我們亦可調教右腳的前後作左腳伸展程度的調教。
希望有小腿酸痛的朋友們多做此動作以舒緩痛楚。

小腿去水腫🦵又愛又恨的瑜伽動作

每一邊盡量保持1分鐘至3分鐘(視乎能力而定)
可以加瑜伽磚比自己平衡,
小腿會感覺到”怨”痛係十分正常嘅
因為”銀”住小腿會增加血液節流作用,
放鬆嘅時候衝返血,就會感覺到小腿輕咗
