The final countdown to AHDB Young Chef Competition has begun!
Next Friday, our eight finalists will be cooking for 👨🍳 Christian Yang (楊尚友), Chef Ricky Cheung 大廚張錦祥 and 👩🍳 Vicky Lau from Tate Dining Room & Bar. The finalists will compete to create the best menu using premium meat 🥩 from sustainable sources from Britain 🇬🇧 Check out the video on the competition last year!
