美聯社：中國威脅扣住疫苗 逼烏克蘭退出新疆人權聲明
攸關人命的「疫苗」當政治工具，全世界就只有「中國」會做這種事。
用疫苗阻擋烏克蘭連署調查新疆人權迫害；阻擾台灣正常交易買疫苗、企圖阻止美日分享疫苗給台灣，這樣的中國讓人鄙視。

烏克蘭簽署聯合聲明支持調查新疆人權狀況，中國揚言扣住運往烏克蘭的50萬劑科興2019冠狀病毒疾病（COVID-19）疫苗，迫使烏克蘭退出聲明。
China pressured Ukraine into withdrawing its support for a call for more scrutiny of human rights in China’s western region of Xinjiang by threatening to withhold Chinese-made COVID-19 vaccines destined for Ukraine unless it did so, diplomats told The Associated Press on Friday.

加拿大駐聯合國大使諾頓(Leslie E. Norton)日前於 #聯合國人權理事會 第47屆會議代表40多國發表聯合聲明，呼籲中國應允許聯合國人權高級專員等獨立觀察員進入新疆調查是否有任何迫害 #人權 行為，及執行「消除歧視委員會」所規範的準則。
外交部吳部長已多次公開表示 #全球都應關注中國威權主義侵犯人權的行為。
此次多國要求調查中國政府對人權的迫害行為，凸顯了人權議題已經是全球多國的共識與首要之務。世界各國都應該意識到中國侵犯維吾爾族人民權利的專制鎮壓行為。
Over 40 countries, comprising many of our allies and #LikeMindedCountries, issued a joint statement on the #HumanRights violations ongoing in #Xinjiang, echoing many of the concerns previously expressed by MOFA Minister Joseph Wu.
The cross-regional joint statement, detailing concerns over reports of arbitrary detentions, widespread surveillance, torture, forced sterilizations, sexual and gender-based violence and forced separation of parents and children, was delivered by #Canada’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations in Geneva Leslie E. Norton, during the 47th regular session of the Human Rights Council.
The statement urged China to permit independent observers, including the High Commissioner, and to implement the eight recommendations of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. Every country around the world should be aware of the repressive authoritarian acts of the CCP infringing on the rights of the Uyghur people.

外交部樂見美國及歐盟等民主陣營的重要夥伴，持續高度關注台海和平穩定遭受片面蓄意破壞的現況，也再度呼籲中國政府立即停止任何藉由軍事武力手段對台灣構成的威脅與恫嚇。

MOFA is grateful to the #EU and the #US for their joint statement following their recent summit in Brussels, underscoring the importance of peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait and opposing unilateral attempts to change the status quo in the East and South China Seas.
The statement also expressed concerns regarding the ongoing human rights violations in #Xinjiang and #Tibet and the erosion of autonomy and democratic processes in Hong Kong, as well as PRC tactics that undermine regional security, like economic coercion and disinformation campaigns.
The EU-US summit was held on 15 June, 2021, marking the beginning of a renewed transatlantic partnership and setting a joint agenda for EU-US cooperation in the post-pandemic era.
