澳門|我行我素
「我行我素」是一家在澳門新開的西式素食店(蛋奶素),位於十月初五日街,很喜歡這街名,因為讓我想起「初哥哥」(一部經典香港電視劇男主角的名字),香港人應該都非常愛!
店內裝潢走工業風,最近新開的店都走這種調子,蠻喜歡的,簡潔、小清新!首先點了一個青醬意大利麵,很快就被清盤了,不是因為很餓,是因為實在太...太..太好吃了,豆乳味很香,青醬很濃郁,搭配得非常好~
南瓜燉飯雖看起來小小的,可是很有飽足感,南瓜是用日本南瓜,感覺挺新鮮的。滋味小食拼盤有炸薯條、炸洋蔥圈和炸杏鮑菇,最喜愛一定是杏鮑菇,很脆很有口感!小食有配兩款醬汁,其中一款是有蜂蜜的,大家要問清楚喔~
最後還額外點了一個焗釀大蘑菇,雖然也算不錯,可是上面的純素芝士沒有和波特大蘑菇融為一體,吃起來沒有想像的好吃
整體來說,「我行我素」算是蠻不錯的西式料理,而且環境很舒服,店員有講中文和英文的,如果店員能更了解食物裡所用的食材會更好喔~

"VEGA VEGA" is a Western-style vegetarian restaurant which is newly opened in Macau. One more place to visit in Macau!
The interior decoration of the restaurant is more like an industrial style. Simple and Fresh! I first ordered a Soya Pesto Spaghetti, which was quickly cleared up, not because I was very hungry, because it was too... too.. too delicious, the soymilk and the green sauce was very rich, and it was very well matched~
Although the Pumpkin Risotto is small, it is full of satisfaction. The pumpkin is made of Japanese pumpkin and it feels very fresh. The Snacks Combo has French fries, fried onion rings and fried oyster mushrooms. My favorite one goes to fried oyster mushrooms, which is very crispy and tasteful! There are two kinds of sauces for the snacks combo, one of them has honey. You have to ask the staff~
I ordered an extra dish - Stuffed and baked Portabello Mushroom, although it was not bad, but the vegan cheese above did not blend with the Portabello Mushroom, it was a bit different from what I expected
On the whole, "VEGA VEGA" is a quite high quality Western Vegetarian Restaurant, and the environment is very comfortable. The staff members speak both Chinese and English. If the staff can understand the ingredients used in the food better, it will be more convenience to the customers~

Let us show you a way to prepare this basic seasoning sauce to go with any noodles that you like. You can use any noodles that you like ranging from instant ramen noodles, egg noodles, fresh noodles or even spaghetti. The fragrance of shallot oil and the aromatic special oyster sauce mix is just perfect. You can easily store the excess shallot oil and special oyster sauce mix in the fridge for weeks and add them to your noodles whenever you feel like a quick meal fix. Serve your noodles with some wanton, char siu, fishballs, chicken nuggets, sunny side up or anything that you liked. We had these noodles yesterday to go with our spicy Chinese chicken. 豚キムチロール白菜
2人分
材料:
白菜(外側の葉) 6枚
豚バラ肉薄切り 6枚
キムチ 70g
塩 少々
コショウ 少々
ピザ用チーズ 40g
万能ねぎ 適量
作り方:
1.耐熱皿に白菜をのせ、ふんわりラップをかけて600Wの電子レンジで5分加熱する。粗熱が取れたら、キッチンペーパーで押さえて水気を拭き取る。
2.白菜の葉の上に豚バラ肉、キムチをのせて手前、両端の順に折り込んでくるくるときつめに巻く。
3.耐熱容器に(2)を並べ入れ、塩、コショウを振り、ピザ用チーズを散らす。
4.600Wの電子レンジで3分加熱した後、トースターに入れ、チーズに焼き目が付くまで10-15分ほど焼く。仕上げに万能ねぎを散らしたら、完成!

2人分
材料:
白菜 300g
塩(塩もみ用) 小さじ1
ロースハム(細切り) 4枚
コーン缶 30g
マヨネーズ 大さじ3
酢 大さじ1
砂糖 小さじ1
塩 少々
コショウ 少々
作り方:
1.白菜は細切りにする。塩をまぶしてよく揉み込み、10分置く。しんなりしたら、水気を絞る。
2.ボウルにマヨネーズ、酢、砂糖、塩、コショウを入れて混ぜ合わせる。
3.(2)に白菜、ハム、コーンを加えてよく和えたら、完成!

白菜とベーコンのクリームパスタ
2人分
材料:
スパゲッティ 160g
白菜(ひと口大) 200g
ブロックベーコン(1cm幅に切る) 50g
オリーブオイル 小さじ1
牛乳 250ml
ピザ用チーズ 30g
薄力粉 大さじ1
コンソメ 小さじ1
塩 少々
コショウ 少々
ドライパセリ 適量
作り方:
1.フライパンにオリーブオイルを引いて中火に熱し、ベーコンを加えてカリッとなるまで炒める。
2.白菜を加え、塩、コショウを振ってしんなりするまで炒める。
3.薄力粉を全体に振るい入れてさっと炒め、牛乳、コンソメを加える。ふつふつとしてきたらピザ用チーズを加え、とろみが付くまで弱火で5分ほど煮る。
4.スパゲッティをたっぷりの湯で袋の表記時間より1分短く茹でる。
5.(4)を(3)に加え、ソースを絡めたら火からおろす。
6.器に盛り、ドライパセリを散らしたら、完成!

とろとろ白菜スープ
2人分
材料:
白菜(細切り) 300g
溶き卵 1個分
水 400ml
しょうゆ 小さじ1
鶏ガラスープの素 小さじ1
生姜すりおろし 小さじ1
水溶き片栗粉 大さじ1
ごま油 適量
万能ねぎ 適量
作り方:
1.鍋に白菜、水、しょうゆ、鶏ガラスープの素、生姜を入れて火にかける。
2.沸騰したら弱火にし、白菜がしんなりするまで5分ほど煮る。
3.水溶き片栗粉を回し入れてとろみをつける。
4.再び沸騰させ、溶き卵を菜箸に伝わせながら回し入れ、ひと呼吸置いてからゆっくりとかき混ぜる。
5.器に盛り、お好みでごま油、万能ねぎをかけたら、完成!

Chinese Cabbage 4 Ways
Pork kimchi Roll
Servings:2
INGREDIENTS
6 Chinese cabbage leaves
70 grams Kimchi
6 slices Pork belly
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
40 grams Cheese
Scallion, to serve
PREPARATION
1. Place the cabbage leaves on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave for 5 minutes at 600W.
2. Place a slice of pork belly and kimchi on the chinese cabbage leaf and roll it. Repeat 5 more times.
3. Arrange on a baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
4. Heat for 3 minutes at 600W in the microwave. Finish baking on a toaster oven for around 10-15 minutes.
5. Sprinkle scallion on top.
6. Enjoy!
Chinese cabbage salad
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
300 grams Chinese cabbage, shredded
1 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Vinegar
1 teaspoon Sugar
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
4 slices Ham, Shredded
30 grams Canned corn
1. In a medium bowl, add chinese cabbage and salt. Mix well and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Squeeze the Chinese cabbage to remove excess moisture and return to the bowl.
3. In another small bowl, add mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Combine it.
4. Add chinese cabbage, ham and canned corn and mix well.
5. Enjoy!
Chinese cabbage and bacon cream pasta
Serving: 2
INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon Olive oil
50 grams Bacon, cut to 1cm width
200 grams Chinese cabbage, cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Flour
250 milliliters Milk
1 teaspoon Consomme
30 grams Cheese
160 grams Spaghetti
Dry parsley, to serve
PREPARATION
1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. add bacon and fry it until browned.
2. Add chinese cabbage, salt and pepper. Cook until the chinese cabbage has wilted.
3. Sprinkle flour and mix, add milk and consomme. Once it starts to simmer, add cheese and mix well.
4. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
5. Add the precooked pasta, stirring until everything is coated in the sauce.
6. Sprinkle dry parsley and enjoy!
Chinese cabbage soup
Serving: 2
INGREDIENTS
300 grams Chinese cabbage, shredded
400 milliliters Water
1 teaspoon Chicken soup stock
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Ground ginger
1/2 tablespoon Water mixed with 1/2 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 beaten Egg
PREPARATION
1. In a medium pan, add chinese cabbage, water, chicken soup stock, soy sauce and ginger and bring to a boil.
2. When it boils, lower the heat and let simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add water and cornstarch mix, and mix well.
4. Bring back to a boil, add beaten egg and mix slowly.
5. When served top with scallion and sesame oil.
6. Enjoy!
