@copperriversalmon is back!!! Ordered a few filets from @growsfresh and enjoyed them with other roasted veggies. Reminded me of the way I used to cook in the US. Bryan still tells me I am crazy and cook enough for 4+ people every meal. 😂 I guess it is hard to let go of old habits from the days in #Boston where I regularly cooked for friends at home. Looking forward to the day when this pandemic is over & I can cook for others again.
