Deep Stretching
A slow pace to release stress and tension from joints and muscle, will focus on improving flexibility and movement. Aid in the release of deeply held tensions from the body and mind.
Hatha Yoga
A potent alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes alignment and breathe while entering, holding and leaving the asanas. Often include breathing and meditation techniques to bring balance, strength, and calmness to the practitioner.
Singing Bowl Sound Bath
Start with mediation and simple asanas to prepare our body and mind to settle into complete stillness. Then immerse in the sound bath of Tibetan Singing Bowls and mixed instruments. Use the pure sound and vibration to tune/reset our body in restorative & healing, reduce stress & negative emotions and relaxation.
Abs Toning
A combination of comprehensive core work, ab-targeting supersets and both fat and both fat-blasting HIIT cardio designed to tone and strengthen our abdominal muscles.and loss fat.
Slim Yoga
Full body sculpting, combined of yoga, pilates, strength training and cardio training. Simple movement in high repetition to achieve an intense sweat and heightened sense of your body.
Yoga Therapy
A holistic yoga practice that supports health and healing. It uses breathing exercises and gentle movement. It aids in healing, provides relaxation, increases range of motion and enhances well-being.

CORE is the whole mid trunk of your body including your back.
We talked about:
1. *What are the common misconception about core?*
- the abs, the 6 packs
- crunches and sit ups strengthens the core
- core exercises reduces belly fat, or it's slimming
- activate by sucking in and holding your breath
2. *What is the core anyway?* 3. *Why is core so important?*
- Provide balance of your upper body and lower body
- Provide stability to your spine
4. *What happens if the core is weak and posture is bad?* 5. *What are some exercise you can do to train the core?*
- Diaphragmatic breathing
- Pelvic Tilt
- Alternate leg raises, with progression
- Bear Crawl
- Plank with breathing technique
Most of the exercises even your daily movement will need to engage core.
Strong core helps you to prevent injury and help in mobility too. Even for jogging or hiking, If you engage CORE, it will help you in those activities too.

Since I was pregnant and had my internal organs made way for baby and supporting muscles all stretched and abused, nurturing and rehabilitation are needed for the abdominal region. I do extremely EXTREMELY minimal abs exercises but more internal core strengthening and breathing exercises. Through specific breathing exercises, you not only can rebuild your core strength again, but regain some abs too 😉
