注意事項:
剛開始運動時,可以慢慢地跟著動作做。
不用太過勉強,也不需要一定要跟著影片做那麼快那麼多次數。
等待體力越來越好的時候,斟酌加上次數跟強度突破停滯期。
每個星期運動至少2~3次(像我就是一三五/二四六日休息)
做完運動隔一天休息,讓身體長肌肉修復。
記得要穿上中強度以上的運動內衣~不然奶奶一直動會痛的😂
最後的伸展一定要做喔!這樣能減少痠痛跟美化線條。
空腹前運動,可以吃一根香蕉或是豆漿水煮蛋。
雖然空腹運動減脂很快,但在沒體力的情況下,很容易出錯力
肌肉鍛鍊成效也是會不好的。

I have taken a slow year this 2017 and cut down a lot on high intensity training and running. I would binge and eat in between lessons to find energy as I was feeling lethargic and tired from running around teaching daily. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 Since I started working out everyday from about 3 weeks ago, I found my energy back again like when I was very active a year ago. I now have lesser food cravings, and I last longer throughout my day despite exhausting my muscles and completely being smashed in my workouts.
What’s your push for working out? Do you believe me enough to try it for yourself and see the difference? 😁✌🏻

Had the pleasure to try alcohol activated paints for the 1st time ever! Also Michael demonstrated some stretch & stipple technique and I've gotta say his skill is outta this world!
It was very tricky but I learnt so much today.
ALSO YAY TO A NEARBY GYM that has Yoga, HIIT, Spinning and Cardio Zumba class! Time to burn some of them junk food~

First episode of my new program for this month! I realised from the latest before/after results video that a lot of people tend to do just 1-2 weeks instead of the whole 4 weeks programs. You obviously won't lose as much weight or get as much results, but a 2 weeks program is easier to commit to, and you can always do it twice!
