❝中 舞王式/英 Dancer's Pose/梵 Natarajasana ❞ Nata 的意思是舞者 Raja 的意思是王
動靜之間剛柔並濟,學習像舞蹈之王濕婆神智慧和優美的象徵,時而沉靜溫和,時而激烈恐怖,狂舞中掌握宇宙的永恆生滅韻律。濕婆神化身半男半女雌雄同體的模樣,象徵內在陰陽宇宙合一的精神,在我們的真實靈魂中也都同時具有陰陽這兩股能量,缺一不可。代表著男性的內在也有柔軟、溫柔的一面,而女性的內在也有剛強、狂野的一面。就像光明中的背後是黑暗,黑暗中的反面是光明。但我們往往隱藏或是壓抑了另外一面,試著學習運用太極『剛中帶柔,柔中帶剛』的智慧,孕育出更大的圓滿。

舞王式需要相當程度的大腿力,以維持平衡,更重要的是提升柔軟度。有助於修飾身體線條,訓練穩定感,強化內臟功能。
把自己想像優美的舞者,單腳踩穩,捲尾骨腹部內收,穩定大腿的力量,脊椎延伸,單腿膝蓋彎,手抓腳踝向上延伸,保持沈穩專注,深層而緩慢的呼吸。

當我們練習舞王式時,同時體驗陰陽兩股能量在體內運行。如果只有單一能量,就像世界只有太陽,沒有月亮,那大家到了晚上無法休息,身體持續亢奮,天氣也會越來越熱,大地無法降溫。如果又只有月亮,我們整天就會很憂愁,提不起精神,整個農作物也無法生長。但我們都很喜歡加強我們正向比較強的那一面,卻不斷地掩藏比較陰柔比較不足的那一面,所以讓我們在練習舞王式時好好的體驗瑜珈強調的平衡剛柔並濟的美好。

如果現在還不能將舞王式一次性做到位時,我們可以嘗試使用一些輔助工具,例如靠著牆練習、或是使用瑜珈繩幫助腳可以向上抬高更多
,一樣會達到同樣的功效。

Nearing my 4th anniversary with practicing yoga so I thought I dig into my #zoe yoga loving hashtag to see this long journey. Thought I share a post on one of my old but gold poses, Natarajasana; Dancer's Pose.

I have done this posture many times & these 9 pictures really show me the progress which I've made. I couldn't see the improvements month to month but putting them together now. Weeee fist PUMP!

You see these pictures and you may think this posture comes easy, any day for me. But no. My practice of Dancer's Pose & all other postures is different every day; a posture is not necessary better today as compared to yesterday cause you had of more practice, but because every day the body is different. I could do better yesterday because I have had a better warm up, enough rest, or maybe I had just more water the night before.

It doesn't matter if you don't score the posture today, try it again tomorrow or next week. So always be patient with yourself! What's most important is to enjoy the practice & you will reap the benefits of yoga! If you can find joy in practicing, you would do it years after years & still love it just as much every day. Same to life, school, work. 🙏🏼
