Real yoga practice is messy, not picture perfect nor Instagram ready. Thats why most of my pictures here are taken with my iPhone that can truly represent my real practice.

Yoga teaches us how to find our focused amidst all these mess and 💩- just like how we tread through the challenges in life. Sometimes we stay on course but other times we steer off course. As long as we are heading to the same direction more or less, we will still get to our destination - one day.
