Hari ni birthday isteri saya. Dia minta nak makan kek durian, ade ke? So sy tak jumpa kek, sy bagi dia durian betul hehe..

Siapa lagi peminat durian di sini? Hehe.. sama la kita! Boleh ke makan durian waktu berdiet ni?

Jika durian kawen yg isi tebal tu seulas dlm 80kcal. hi fruktose (gula buahan). mkn la 3 ulas. bukan mkn selalu kan.. jika durian kg yg isi nipis2 tu dlm 50-60kcal seulas.

Tinggi Kalori?
Ramai yang menganggap buah durian tinggi kalori dan menggemukkan. Tahukah anda bahawa seulas durian baru mempunyai 50kcal. Tidaklah tinggi sangat.

Tinggi Kolesterol?
Durian atau mana-mana buah pun tidak mengandungi kolesterol. Kolesterol cuma datang dari sumber haiwan, bukan tumbuhan.

Tiada nilai nutrisi?
Buah durian kaya dengan pelbagai vitamin dan mineral seperti antioxidant vitamin-C (about 33% of RDA), B-complex dan potassium (penting untuk kawalan bendalir badan, mengawal denyutan jantung dan tekanan darah. Durian juga mengandungi calcium dan phosphorus

Tinggi lemak?
Satu ulas durian baru ada dalam 1-2g lemak dan tu pun bukanlah lemak tepu (saturated fat)

Tinggi gula?
Satu ulas durian ada dalam 10g gula. Tinggi? Itu bergantung kepada jumlah kuantiti pengambilan anda. Kalau 2-3 ulas masih kurang lagi daripada satu tin minuman soda.

Panaskan badan?
Memang. Buah durian mempunyai kualitit memanaskan badan jadi elak makan berlebihan, lagi-lagi kalau anda mempunyai diabetes atau tekanan darah tinggi.

Tidak sesuai untuk diabetes?
Betul tapi itu bukan soal durian semata-mata tapi mereka yang ada diabetes atau kencing manis harus kawal pengambilan gula dan makanan/minuman yang tinggi glukosa.

❗ Jangan makan berlebihan?
Memang betul. Tapi sekali lagi, itu bukan untuk durian semata-mata tetapi untuk segala-galanya. 1-3 ulas sekali jalan tidaklah terus sangat.
