【灣仔 / 中菜】每次來灣仔萬麗海景酒店的中菜廳滿福樓吃飯，除了期望會有佳餚外，總會預備飲酒都飲飽的，這次亦不例外，而且是以香檳來配中菜，令我加為雀躍。
滿福樓今年剛剛名列萬豪酒店集團亞太區52佳餐廳酒吧之一，實在可喜可賀，值得開香檳慶祝。於是，酒家就在8月至9月30日推出「滿福樓得奬美饌香檳盛宴」，八道菜配以RSRV Grand Cru香檳，菜式之中有不少是酒家之前獲奬的招牌菜，可謂是一次過大曬冷。
席間朋友提起Grand Cru香檳，想起一級方程式賽車，每次比賽完後，車手都會開一支噴起泡的香檳，是指定的Blanc de Blanc Grand Cru，這次晚宴的RSRV是同系的，產自法國極具代表性的香檳莊園Maison Mumm，RSRV是 “Reserved”的縮寫，即是預留的意思，代表一份尊貴...
