Thank God... I'm pregnant with the wedding... Allah.. I'm happy and my husband.. but that's it... I didn't have the pregnancy knowledge at that time.. So I did all my work. Because I thought there would be no problem... I eat whatever I want.. & do whatever I feel. & the things that I don't want to be in life happen... I'm down! =(
Sad looking at my husband's face.... we tried again & thank God I'm confirmed pregnant. This time I really take good care of it. The doctor said...
"This time there are many things that pregnant mothers should not make.... not only pregnant mothers... but even husband... if the wrong way, there are possibilities to fall"
Thank God... I have safely given birth to a daughter.... OH GOD.. If only I didn't take care of the real content during the 1st trimester..... I must lose my child again... Nauzubillah....

Every woman needs to know that she is pregnant or not... as good as she is aware of pregnancy.. There are many do & donts that husband and wife need to follow.
Well, what do pregnant mothers have to do when pregnant?
1. Check Mommy's environment..
Mommy really needs to be careful with the environment.. for example the surface of a smooth floor can cause mommy to slip, the weather conditions are too hot & the rain will really affect mommy's Health & content.
Whatever you want to do & wherever you go, mommy needs to consider it. Please ask for your husband's help... don't force yourself to do everything.

2. " sigh... There's a lot of homework....
Yes.... a wife who is used to doing homework will be very difficult to sit quietly & don't do anything..... sometimes when pregnant mommy will force herself to do it all. Make sure don't force yourself. If before this mommy mop herself... standing for a long time to wash the dishes... wash the clothes and all the homework.. this time mommy needs to ask for help her husband.... don't be shy.

3. Pay more attention to self-Health and nutrition
Eating habits when pregnant is very different from normal.. What else when early pregnancy.... according to the tips of the village people.... Pineapple... young papaya... (can refer book 9 Bulan10hari M / s 48) most important is to do exercise for nerves and muscles.. So the back and muscle muscle can be be as preparation A smooth birth..

5. pregnant mommy please get 'beauty sleep' 😆
Make sure mommy will get enough sleep at least 8 hours a day.. at the first trimester, it really needs energy because this time mommy will face the morning sickness and others.. entering the 2nd trimester mommy will be stronger because of vomiting Nausea has reduced. Entering The 3rd trimester mommy will return to feeling tired because the child is growing up... anyway... get enough sleep.
During pregnancy..... the role of husband is important.... emotions.. Feelings... pregnant mother's actions depend on her partner... husband... take it out =)

I know i know i knowwww i have been delaying this for soooooo long ampunkan sayaaaaaa especially since pregnant malasnya ya Allah tuhan saja yg tau 😂 Honestly during my first trimester hari2 Ramona tido siang, bukan skali tapi 2-3x sehari hahahahahah. Lepas tu dgn bulan puasa and raya lagi busy sana busy sini, lepas tu mood pun hilang nak post sejak FB buat gila dia nak upload new post tak boleh 😞😡 Thank god now dah ok sbb masa Ramona nak upload pasal salmon tu ok je 😃
But anyhow, i am back on track! Promise i will post it soon tak kisah la lambat mana pun Ramona tetap akan upload okaaaay! Give me some time tau byk keje nya, nak snap photo pastu edit pastu letak watermark pastu nak susun ayat pastu nak type lagi haaaaa faham takkkk hahahah.
So let me know ok? Meanwhile, i'm heading to the gym & the pool jap, Ramona ada plan utk buat post pasal exercise juga (ramai minta tips kurus ni haihh), tapi kena tunggu la sbb byk post belum upload 😅
