Finally get to visit Man Shing Restaurant for their well-known dish - meat patty pyramid.
We ordered meat patty pyramid with salted egg yolk and salt-baked shredded chicken. Both are accompanied with a bowl of rice. I would recommend the salt-baked shredded chicken, which is really appetising during the hot summer. Meat patty with salted egg yolk is a common family dish in Hong Kong but you rarely see them in the shape of a pyramid. The meat patty pyramid was not as huge as those I saw on other’s Instagram post. Tips: Salted egg yolk always tastes so good, but remember not to dip it into the soy sauce. It could get really salty.

Consider getting some Hong Kong drink. We ordered salted lemon with sprite 鹹檸七。The boss told us that they made the salted lemon themselves every year after the Lunar New Year. For me, I ordered coke with lemon, my recent favourite drink.
