Told myself to try something new in terms of fitness this year so I’m giving crossfit a go! 🏋🏻♀️ 1st day attempting full cleans and managed to go up to 80lbs - it’s not perfect, it’s considered light to many and my technique is still off but constantly reminding myself to take it step by step 💪🏼

Tbh I was totally intimidated being new in a gym of experienced cross fitters but I had so much encouragement from the people at Grit Nation Subang that it made things easier. 😭 When I felt so down, a new friend told me she first started cleaning with a totally empty bar and it made me think, ‘why am I trying to keep up with everyone when I’ve just started?!’ So here’s to more progress in the months to come, step by step! 🙌🏼💖
