🎉First Food post of year 2020🎉During the holidays we went to Seattle for few days to tried out different restaurants!!! 🚙 I must say that @no.9alleyhotpot has the most authentic Sichuan hot pot in Seattle!!👏👏
🍲The soul of the pot is the broth, we had the [Sichuan spicy broths] and [Mushroom oxtail broths] it was super rich and flavorful! My kids especially loved it !! There are also lots of great variety of Fresh 🦞 🐠 🐙 🦪 , meat 🥩 and veggie 🌽 🥬🥦!!! They have quality handmade fish & beef balls as well , 🍡🍢you can actually taste the ingredients and not just corn starch!!.

I personally LOVED 💕 the “Brown sugar Ice jelly” $3.99 #紅糖冰粉 , is a popular Sichuan dessert with herb gelatine, Hawthorn, raisins, syrup, ice and brown sugar…I am not a super sweet person (although my heart is 🥰), and the sweetness of it is just right for me, if you are a sweeter person, you can add more syrup 🍯.

🎭Aside from all the amazing food, you can also enjoy Sichuan traditional Opera “Face changing”!! 🎭Its an amazing performance 👏👏
🌈We had an amazing time, will definitely come back and I highly recommended if you are around Seattle !!! 🍻 .
