Finally Vaccinated on 3rd August ! I've been trying very hard to avoid #CucukMyAZ as I was afraid of the 3 day downtime 🥲 but I guess God knows better 😝 I know of some who had it easy and some who had it bad. I would say my 3 day downtime was bearable. Thanks to my parents, all I had to do was eat & sleep 💤  without needing to worry about the kids 🤭  or meals

Jabbed at 9am, I was #001, yea I'm #Kiasu like that 🥲 feeling lightheaded after the jab which I was enjoying. You know the feeling you get after waking up from Anesthesia? Yes, that. Very mild tho. Day 1, 6pm my temperature started to rise... as soon as it hit 38°c I gave in and took 2 Panadol Actifast 🤭 and went to bed. I sleep well thru the night

Day 2, I woke up feeling as though a truck ran over me, everywhere was aching except my hair & nails 😅 Temperature was still up & down, when it goes up i took Panadol Actifast. My head was pounding, Panadol did help a lil tho I wished I could take my Migraine Pain Killers instead. I spent the whole day in bed, I couldn't watch Netflix even if I wanted to cos my eyes won't let me. I couldn't even focus on something long enough,  replying whatsapp was hard and I get agitated so easily.  I also got hungry every 2 hours, I didn't know doing nothing also can hungry 😅 guess the body is working really hard

Day 3, which is today. Most aches are gone and whats left is bearable, even the headaches are bearable without medication, tho my arm now hurts and lifting them makes the pain worse. Temperature seems to be ok up till now, looks like I'll be able to finally get some work done since I'm able to type this 🤭

Second dose on 5th October, I'm hoping that the side effects would be much lesser...anyone done your second dose of #CucukMyAZ ? Can share with me if there's any side effects?

Icy Mountain has so many flavors that it’s really hard to choose.
Seeing the shape of the dining car from a distance is attracted.
Strawberry lemon ice sweet and sour. The whipped cream is not too sweet.
Sitting on the side of the road with a glass of ice is very American style. 🤣

世界のお菓子シリーズ、今回はスペインのおやつ レチェフリータ leche frita を作りました。
直訳すると“揚げた牛乳”。
シナモンとレモンの香り、もちもち とろり とした初めての食感。
異国のお菓子感に盛り上がること間違いなし。
屋台で売ってみたくなるおやつでした。
屋台に憧れている妄想グルメです。

*レシピ*
１．鍋に牛乳 350gを沸騰させないように温める。
２．レモンの皮 半個分、シナモンステック 1本を入れ、蓋をして30分ほどそのまま置く。
３．牛乳 120gにコーンスターチ 55gを入れ混ぜる。
４．ボウルに卵黄 2個、砂糖 45gを入れ混ぜる。
５．４に３を入れ混ぜる。
６．２からレモンの皮とシナモンステックを取り出す。
７．６に５を入れ混ぜる。
８．火にかける。焦がさないようにかき混ぜながらトロットするまで煮る。
９．バニラエッセンス、無塩バター 15gを加え混ぜる。
１０．オーブンシートを敷き込んだお好みの型（今回 15センチスクエア型）に９を流し入れる。
１１．台荷に打ち付け、空気を抜き、平らにならす。
１２．ラップを密着させてかぶせる。粗熱が取れたら冷蔵庫に入れ、2時間ほど冷やす。
１３．お好みの大きさに切り分ける。
１４．薄力粉 20gを薄く付け、溶き卵 1個も付ける。
１５．フライパンに少し多めの植物油を入れ、１４を焼く。
１６．温かいうちにグラニュー糖 45gをまぶしつける。お好みでシナモンを加える。
１７．できた。焼き立てはもちろん、冷やしてたべてもおいしいよ。

This time we've made the Spanish dessert, "leche frita", which is literally translated "fried milk".

The fragrant cinnamon and lemon combined with the soft, sticky texture is unlike anything we've ever had before. This dessert is something we felt would be really exciting to sell at a food stall!

*Recipe*
1. Warm 350 g of milk in a pot, but don't let it come to a boil.
2. Add half a lemon peel and 1 cinnamon stick, then cover with a lid and let it sit for 30 minutes.
3. Mix 55 g of corn starch into 120 g of milk.
4. Mix 2 egg yolks and 45 g of sugar in a bowl.
5. Add the contents of step 3 into step 4.
6. Remove the lemon peel and cinnamon stick from step 2.
7. Add the contents of step 5 into the contents of step 6.
8. Put to heat. Keep stirring to prevent it from burning, allowing it to simmer until it becomes thick.
9. Add vanilla extract and 15 g of unsalted butter.
10. Pour the contents of 9 into into a baking pan of your preferred shape (this time, we used a 15 square inch pan) after lining it with a piece of parchment paper.
11. Drop the pan onto a hard surface a few times to remove air bubbles and flatten the mixture.
12. Seal with a piece of plastic wrap. Let it cool slightly before putting it in the fridge to cool for around 2 hours.
13. Cut out pieces to your liking.
14. Sprinkle 20 g of baking flour and add 1 beaten egg.
15. Put a generous amount of vegetable oil on a frying pan and fry the contents of 14.
16. Add 45 g of granulated sugar while still warm. Add cinnamon to taste.
17. All done. The treat is delicious whether hot or chilled.
