泡芙建議三總吃法：
冷凍吃➡️外皮較軟，內餡像冰淇淋
常溫吃➡️外皮較軟，內餡像義美泡芙般
烤過吃➡️外皮酥脆，內餡爆漿
真的很不錯欸，買來冷凍，喜歡就吃個幾顆，最喜歡冷凍吃或是烤過吃

拿幾顆放入電鍋蒸

夜媽媽, 煎啲蝦餃嚟食下.. Pan Fried Har Gow with Crispy bottom. Had Dinner way too early at 5:30pm, 個肚囉囉攣 can't go to bed feeling too empty.. 😐 By the way, most Har Gow are Steamed, some shops occasionally Deep fry them whole in oil. Personally I also enjoy eating them this way, albeit it's not a Mainstream recipe. But it's one of the best slightly chewy crispy nibbles personally you can't miss out on, it tastes similar to a 家鄉煎粉粿 . 😋😋😋
