High-intensity interval training (HIIT) describes a workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or short-term rest. If you want to work out and lose weight efficiently, try HIIT exercises. But that's not the only reason why HIIT is so popular.
HIIT is definitely better at burning calories and helping you shed unwanted pounds. The biggest reason is the anaerobic form of exercise. It burns more calories than cardio both during and after exercising.

In this episode, I will talk about my routine on how I went from 75 kilos to 63 kilos in four months in 2015 by doing HIIT or High-Insitity Interval Training.
Way back, when I was broken-hearted, got fooled by someone I thought was genuine, I got to my second depression. But at that time, after three weeks, I have decided to bounce back and got that revenge body I wanted. After four months, I have met the love of my life.
Five years later, I am back to following the success of HIIT in 2015, but this time, on top of being physically fit, it is my priority to take care of my mental health.
HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. Interestingly, it is perhaps the most time-efficient way to exercise.
Typically, a HIIT workout will range from 10 to 30 minutes in duration.
