如何散發女神香?
香水廣告中的女主角走過時總會揚起一陣風,隨而傳來一陣女神香,不少女生也希望體香可為自己增加魅力及吸引力,尤其是在約會時,更有傳言說女性多吃菠蘿會令下體散發香氣。其實這並沒有確實的證明,但多吃酸味食物能維持下體的弱酸性環境,減少細菌滋生,以減低異味的產生。的確,我們進食的食物其實都在影響體味。進食肥甘濃厚辛辣油膩的食物,容易令身體產生濕熱症狀,多吃會令體味增濃。
在中醫角度來說,女性下體異味較重,也是因濕熱而起,由於濕向下流,特別容易影響生殖及排泄系統,除了體味較重,帶下較多帶黃,小便色黃,大便黏爛而味重,所以要令自己散發香氣,首先還是注意別讓身體積濕生熱。
吃這些會令你增體味:
-五辛香料:咖哩、麻辣食物、蒜、蔥、辣椒、芫茜
-溫燥食物:薑、羊肉、肉桂、韭菜、人參、紅棗
-煎炸油膩食物:薯片、炸雞、烤堅果
-積濕飲品:咖啡、奶茶、酒類
適量進食袪濕清熱食材除體味:
-清熱食材:綠豆、青瓜、西瓜、節瓜、苦瓜
-袪濕食材:扁豆衣、眉豆、白扁豆、茯苓、薏米、粟米鬚、赤小豆、淮山
對泌尿系統有益的食物:
-紅莓、無糖乳酪、柑橘類、奇異果、黑莓
How to smell like a goddess?
Perfume advertisements usually portray ladies walking by with a gust of wind giving out odor of a goddess. Many girls also hope that the pleasant fragrance can add charm and attraction to themselves, especially when dating. Some say ladies can eat more pineapples to make their lower bodies smell good. There is no evidence to support this claim, but eating sour food can indeed maintain the low pH environment of the lower body and reduce the growth of bacteria to improve the odor. Food we eat does affect body odor. Eating fatty, oily, spicy and greasy foods can easily cause symptoms of damp-heat. Eating too much will increase body odor.
From the perspective of Chinese medicine, women's heavy lower body odor is also caused by damp-heat. Dampness flows downward, it is particularly easy to affect the reproductive and excretory system. In addition to the heavy body odor, vaginal discharge tend to be more yellowish, the urine is yellow, and the stool is sticky and smelly. So to make yourself smell good, pay attention not to let the body retain dampness.
Ingredients to worsen body odor
- Five strong spicy spices: curry, spicy food, garlic, spring onions, chili, cilantro
- Warm natured food: ginger, lamb, cinnamon, chives, ginseng, Chinese red dates
- Fried and oily food: potato chips, fried chicken, roasted nuts
- Drinks that can retain dampness: coffee, milk tea, alcohol
Appropriately consume ingredients that can dispel dampness and clear heat to improve odor
- Clear heat: mung bean, cucumber, watermelon, hairy gourd, bitter gourd
- Dispel dampness: hyacinth bean coat, purple haricot, hyacinth bean, poria, coix seed, corn silk, rice beans, Chinese yam
Ingredients that are good for the urinary system:
- Cranberry, sugar-free yogurt, citrus, kiwi, blackberry

平和湯水老少咸宜
根據中醫的四氣理論,所有食物皆分為寒、涼、溫、熱和平性,進食時按自己偏寒或偏熱的體質去選擇食物,就可達致身體平衡的效果,那麼想煲一煲湯全家飲用,又該如何處理呢?最簡單的方法就是選擇屬性平和的食材煲湯,例如夏天想煲湯清熱祛濕,除了選用屬性寒涼的冬瓜,也可以選擇具利水消腫、健脾益胃功效的節瓜,它是冬瓜的一個變種,但不似冬瓜般寒涼, 屬性平和,煲出來的湯水任何體質均適合飲用。
屬性平和的煲湯蔬果:椰菜、節瓜、佛手瓜、木瓜、紅菜頭、紅蘿蔔、粟米、薯仔、蓮藕、番薯、木耳、雪耳/黃耳、蟲草花、淮山、百合、蓮子、芡實 、猴頭菇、冬菇、紅豆、黃豆、扁豆、眉豆、赤小豆、無花果、蘋果
屬性平和的煲湯肉類:豬、烏雞、鵪鶉、鴿
節瓜百合棕櫚果湯
功效:健脾祛濕,寧心安神。
材料:節瓜3個、新鮮百合2個、棕櫚果4塊、新鮮蓮子80克(約2兩)、熟薏米30克、扁豆30克、陳皮1角、蜜棗3枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,鮮百合剝開、節瓜去皮切塊備用。
2. 鍋內加入約2000毫升水,全部材料加入鍋裡,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約2小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
3. 注意:孕婦可以眉豆取代薏米。
Mild natured soup suitable for the whole family
According to four nature theory from Chinese medicine, food are categorized into cold, cool, warm, hot and mild. You can get a balanced body condition when you eat the right ingredients according to your cold-natured or hot-natured bodies. So how do you choose suitable ingredients to make soup with for the whole family? The most simple way is to choose the ingredients that are mild in nature. For example, if you want to make a soup that clears summer heat and dispels dampness in the summer, you can choose winter melon that is cold in nature, or hairy gourd that can promote diuresis and reduce bloating, strengthen the spleen and stomach. Hairy gourd is a different species fron winter melon, and it is not as cold as winter melon. It is mild in nature. Soups with hairy gourd are suitable for every body condition.
Vegetables and fruits that are mild in nature for soup: cabbage, hairy gourd, chayote, papaya, beetroot, carrot, corn, potato, lotus root, sweet potato, fungus, snow fungus/ yellow fungus, cordyceps flower, Chinese yam, lily bulb, lotus seed, fox nuts, monkey head mushroom, shitake mushroom, red bean, soy bean, hyacinth bean, purple haricot, rice beans, figs, apple
Meats that are mild in nature for soup: pork, black chicken, quail, pigeon
Palm fruit soup with hairy gourd and lily bulb
Effects: strengthens the spleen, dispels dampness and calms the mind
Ingredients: 3 hairy gourd, 2 fresh lily bulbs, 4 palm fruit, 80g fresh lotus seeds, 30g cooked coix seeds, 30g hyacinth bean, 1 dried citrus peel, 3 candied dates
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel open fresh lily bulbs. Peel hairy gourd and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hour. Add salt to taste.
Note: For pregnant women, coix seeds can be replaced with purple haricot.

Today I'll introduce "oblaat art."
Oblaat (gel paper) is soluble translucent paper made of starch.
In Japan, we use it for wrapping medicine and sweets, and eat it together.
We can use it for baking too! Draw something on oblaat, put it on a sweet and bake, you can enjoy unique sweets and bread.
It's also used for Japanese character bento lunch.

きょうは、オブラートアートを紹介します。
「オブラート」とは、薬局で売られている粉薬を飲むときに使うものです。
透明で、原料はデンプンです。これを、お菓子作りにも活用します。オブラートにイラストを描いてお菓子に乗せて焼けば、個性豊かなお菓子やパンを楽しむことが出来ます。
キャラ弁などに随分と前から使われている手法です。
今回は、以前upしたソーセージパンの配合で丸パンを作り、オブラートのスヌーピーを乗せて焼きました♪

【Ingredients】
oblaat
black cocoa powder
(or black food coloring)
water
clear folder
a thin brush
*Bread
The recipe for bread is the same as the uploaded sausage bread recipe, I made round bread with the dough.
(Preheat the oven at 180℃, turn the degree down to 150℃ and bake them for 17 min.)
I put the mixture of purple yam cream and cream cheese in the bread.

【Directions】
①Put your favorite picture in the clear folder, and put oblaat on it.
②Dissolve black cocoa powder in water, trace and draw the picture with a brush.
(if you don't have black cocoa powder, you can use food coloring)
③If you want to color the picture, dissolve food colorings in water to have colors.
④Leave it for a while until it's dry enough. When it's dry, cut off the extra oblaat around the picture.
⑤Put the oblaat in the clear folder.
⑥When you use it for bread, put the oblaat ⑤ on the bread after the secondary fermentation, push the oblaat lightly with your finger to stick it to the bread. Then bake it and serve!
When it doesn't stick to the bread, push it with a wet finger.
*Be careful of sanitation for baking and preserving.
【材料】

ブラックココアパウダー
(又は黒の食紅)
水
クリヤーホルダー
細い筆
*パン生地
パンのレシピは以前upしたソーセージパンと同じです。
この生地で丸パンにしています。
(オーブンを180℃に予熱後、150℃に下げて、17分焼く)
また、パンの中身は、紫芋クリームに、クリームチーズを混ぜたものを包みこみました。

【作り方】
①クリヤーホルダーの間に下絵となるイラストはさみ、この上にオブラートを乗せる。
②ブラックココアパウダーを水で溶き、筆でオブラートの上から下のイラストをなぞって描いていく。
(ブラックココアパウダーが無ければ黒の食紅でもok)
③イラストに色を入れる時は、食紅を水で溶いて色をつける。
④そのまましばらく乾燥させ、乾燥したら完成。
乾燥後、イラストの周りの余分なオブラートはハサミでカットしておく。
⑤出来上がったオブラートは、クリヤーホルダーに挟んでおくとよい。
⑥パンに使う場合は、二次発酵が終わったパンの上に、⑤のオブラートをそっと乗せてパン生地に指でくっつけます。このあと、焼成して出来上がりです。くっつきにくい時は水で濡らした指で押さえると良い。

Some of us get hungry for ramen at mid night. Ramen usually has a lot of calories so it's not good to eat before we go to bed .I don't really eat ramen myself in my life. But my cousin has very famous ramen shop in my home town. I used to go there sometimes. And I always though ramen makes me fat LOL
This recipe is about 280kcal (Including everything I used). You can change the topping to cut down more calories.
Ingredients for super easy ramen soup
: 320ml Chinese chicken stock
: 1 tbsp soy sauce
: ~ 1/2 tsp sesame oil (Just a little bit)
: Garlic & Ginger (Grated)
For toppings
: 100g ~ 150g ground chicken
: 30g garlic sprout
: 1 1/2 tbsp Tobanjan (Dou ban Jang)
: 2 tbsp sake
: 1/2 tsp soy sauce
: 1 tsp sugar
: Shiraga-neg (Gray hair negi strips)
: Half-boiled egg
