每當進入一個新的人生階段，我總是需要大海的陪伴。

這次在距離生日只剩不到一週的時間內，找到頭城海邊的民宿，可以望著整片太平洋與龜山島，實在很幸運。

但其實一開始對於這個三天兩夜的假期，除了癡癡望著海洋外，我是沒有任何計畫的，要迎接這個意謂跨越了什麼的年歲，似乎該做些特別的什麼，卻又好像做什麼都顯得煽情。

生日前一天，我懶洋洋地賴在民宿內，望著大海，用Spotify 隨機播放音樂跳舞，然後這首歌出其不意地撞進我耳內：

是India Arie美麗療癒的嗓音！我立刻決定我要在海邊，用這首歌，對著新鮮的旭日跳舞。

生日當天清晨五點多，我起床為自己泡了咖啡、著裝整理完畢後，和老公一起走在前往沙灘的路上。天色已微亮，而細微的晨光、星斗、雲彩、月亮卻都同時存在，超現實的夢幻感覺，讓我一度說不出話來。

跳舞時，我熱愛的音樂、寬廣的大海、絕美的日出、跟摯愛的攝影師都在眼前，我一邊忍著盈眶的淚水、一邊穩住因感動而微顫的身體，想用生命好好記住這個當下。

我，如此跌跌撞撞地、起起伏伏地走到這個歲數，以往總是覺得自己離完美太遙遠，所以怯怯地活著。但若能被這麼多美好包圍、若想讓更多人活出自己的光，我必須先用力成就自己，才算值得。

所以這首歌、這支舞，也要獻給所有「想要相信自己」、「想要尋找自己」、「想要成為自己」的朋友。

太陽每天都會升起，我們每天都被賦予一個重新出發的機會，希望我們最終都能不惑於自己的存在，能篤定地說：”I Am.”

備註：這個影片，我剪了兩個版本。這個粉絲頁分享的舞蹈版本是我編排過的，有特別跟隨歌詞的涵義。另一個版本是完全沒有編排過的隨意舞動，在我的私人帳號，有興趣想看的朋友再跟我說～

我敬佩的和平倡議者甘地在 1931 年的倫敦演講對蒙特梭利醫生說，世界上有許多孩子需要蒙特梭利教育，在結尾他提到：如果我們要為了和平而努力，必須從幫助孩子長大成自己原本就天真無邪的樣貌做起。

小時候看世界小姐選美的笑點就是聽到參加者說她的願望是世界和平，但現在每每出現戰爭、暴力、自相殘殺的新聞，腦中總會唱起 John Lennon 的 Imagine….

今年奧運會的開場演出，最令我覺得感觸的是當這首歌曲再次在奧運會上出現的時刻。今年的奧運會跟以往不一樣，對全世界來說，都是挫折重重，卻也是別具意義。

來自世界各個角落的聲音（歌手）呈現John Lennon這首經典，同時空中的無人機排成地球的樣子，這個畫面與聲音真的是絕美😭

其中一位演唱的唱作歌手Angélique Kidjo說道："The world I would like to live in is a world, with respect, love, care, compassion and empathy and constant dialogue. For us to talk to one another, even when we disagree, for us to come to consensus for the betterment of human beings. The only thing that matters to me is human lives. Possessions are one thing, but at the center of everything, it's us human beings that have to be more important than anything."
