發布這段影片的日期是2021年3月8日，是我確診康復之後的一個月又11天，身體仍然容易累，喉嚨容易乾癢，肺部深呼吸時充不滿的那一小塊，慢慢的好起來了。
所以我不敢不運動，因為只有在運動的時候，我能觀察和感覺身體的變化，也藉由大量出汗，排除更多的毒素，對於目前醫學界也沒有答案的冠病後遺症種類，我只能更加小心的維持良好的生活習慣，還健康的大家，請更認真的防疫，希望我所經歷的，都不會發生在你們身上，祝福大家健康。
It’s been one month and 11 days after I recovered from covid19, due to it’s a new virus that non of medical references show exactly how many kinds of symptoms/conditions will be after recovering from it, I can only take even good care of my healthy condition, and that’s why I workout everyday, to maintain and observe my lungs and body condition, I still feel tired easily, thirsty and itchy throat sometimes, but when I breathe, I can feel the improvement of my lungs, I don’t know will it take to fully recover like i never sick before, I’ll keep the good habits in life, get better everyday.
