Some recent conversations with a few people made me realised that I seldom post progression of the Calisthenics skills that I’m training for. Here’s a short clip of two recent handstand training during this MCO. Now, I haven’t really achieve this skill yet but I’m excited to share with you this journey to inspire you to achieve ur fitness goals as well.
