We often praise other women by their looks and how well they dressed. “You are so beautiful”, “you look amazing” and many more.

But how often do we praise other women by their intelligence and bravery?

Imagine all that pretty-ness taken away from you? Does this means we are not worthy of praise?

I think from now on we shouldn’t just compliments women by their looks...but to put forward & praise the things they have accomplished. Their ‘will’ to make the big changes, the ideas they shared, the things they have to sacrifices - dreams, careers, and many more to ensure others can have their chances in life too.

Maybe next time when we want to praise other women, we should all say...you are extraordinary...because women, truthfully, are so much more than their looks.
