【材料】
●大葉:60枚
●ごま油:大さじ6
●醤油:大さじ6
●おろし生姜:小さじ2
●おろしにんにく:小さじ2
●豆板醤:小さじ2
●鷹の爪適量(唐辛子)
●砂糖:大さじ1
●炒り胡麻たっぷり
※お好みで卵
ただ漬けるだけでご飯が鬼のようにすすむ究極のご飯のお供になってます。
旨みとコクが凄いやみつきな味なんですが大葉がさっぱりさせてくれて
いくらでも食べられます!!
やみつきなタレが美味しいのでタレが残っても
それと卵をかけて卵ご飯にするだけでも超旨いです♪
動画でも一緒に挟んで食べてますがお肉との相性は超ヤバイですよw
糖質制限されている方は豆腐の上に乗せてもすっごく美味しいのでオススメです。
ただ漬けるだけで本当に簡単なので是非『至高の大葉』作ってみて下さい。

【Ingredients】
●Japanese basil (Shiso):60 pieces
●Sesame oil:6 tablespoons
●Soysauce:6 tablespoons
●grated ginger:2 teaspoons
●grated grlic:2 teaspoons
●Doubanjiang:2 teaspoons
●Red chili: proper amount
●Sugar:1 tablespoon
●Roasted sesame: as much as you want
※Eggs: up to you
Just pickled with seasoning. This goes well with rice, so you can eat several bowls of rice.
It has an addictive taste, but Shisho gets fresh.
You can eat like forever.
The addictive seasoning is so tasty, so you can use it when you eat raw egg over rice.
The combination of meat is also great as we did on this video.
If you are on a carb-diet, put this on to Tofu. It goes well with it as well.
“Super addictive pickled Shiso” It can be done in no time, so please try to cook it. Just pickles them with seasoning.

SPAM Teriyaki goes perfect with white rice. SPAM Teriyaki flavor makes vegetables tasty. I used Shimeji mushrooms but try with the vegetables you like 😋👍
I am not that fan of eating luncheon meat however, sometimes I have one can in my kitchen pantry till almost it expires. haha
FYI: SPAM (shoulder of pork and ham) is a canned precooked meat product made by Hormel Foods Corporation.

SPAM Teriyaki Rice Bowl (Addictive Luncheon Meat Recipe)
Difficulty: VERY Easy
Time: 10min
Number of servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 (340g/12oz) canned SPAM
200g (7oz) Shimeji mushrooms
Teriyaki Sauce
* 2tbsp. Sake
* 2tbsp. Mirin (sweet Sake)
* 2tbsp. sugar
* 2tbsp. soy sauce
cooking oil

lettuce leaves if you like
4 bowls of cooked rice
Directions:
1. Dice SPAM meat. Remove the stem of Shimeji mushrooms then break into bite-size pieces.
2. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan, cook diced SPAM until nicely browned.
3. Add Shimeji and cook until coated with oil. Season with Teriyaki sauce, then cook until tender.
4. Serve rice in a bowl, place lettuce leaves, put Teriyaki SPAM, and garnish with boiled eggs.

Sukiyaki is traditional and popular Japanese hot pot (nabemono) cooked with thinly sliced beef and some vegetables in soy based broth. It is usually cooked at the table and dipped into beaten fresh raw eggs to eat.

How to Make Beef Sukiyaki Rice Bowl
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 20min
Number of servings: 2 servings
Ingredients:
250g (8.8oz.) thinly sliced beef
150g (5.2oz.) Yaki-Dofu (grilled tofu)
100g (3.5oz.) onion
4 Shiitake mushrooms
150g (5.2oz.) Shirataki (translucent Konnyaku noodles)
a bundle of watercress
1.5 tbsp. cooking oil
Warishita (Sukiyaki sauce) seasonings
* 3 tbsp. Kombu Dashi broth (or water)
* 3 tbsp. Sake
* 3 tbsp. Mirin (sweet Sake)
* 3 tbsp. soy sauce
* 2 tbsp. sugar
2 bowls of rice
Onsentamago (Soft-Boiled Eggs) or hard boiled eggs

Directions:
1. Cut Yaki-Dofu into bite sized pieces. Cut onion into wedges. Remove stems of Shiitake mushrooms and cut into half. Cut watercress into 4cm (1.5inch) long pieces.
2. Boil Shirataki 2-3 minutes in order to remove bad smell if necessary.
3. Mix Warishita (Sukiyaki sauce).
4. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan, cook the onions until tender. Add beef and cook until no longer pink.
5. Pour in Warishita (Sukiyaki sauce), add Yaki-Dofu, Shiitake mushrooms, hard part of watercress, and Shirataki. Cover and cook on medium for 5 minutes until everything is cooked. Add watercress leaves and cook until wilted for 3 minutes.
6. Serve on top of hot bed of rice with Onsentamago (Soft-Boiled Eggs) or hard boiled eggs.
