Food is Food! I do my diet the sane way. I don't totally avoid on sugar, but I PLAN how I want to take my sugar

This one for instance. Plain Yoghurt + Strawberry Jam + Chunk of Chia Seeds

Choosing the ingredients is important. I bought the yoghurt from @jayagrocer. Make sure it is ZERO sugar and not more than 5g fat/serving. Fun Fact, your instant Nestle Greek Yoghurt has sugar. So bye
Then I found this one. Brand is Lean Food (don't have IG). No sugar, 2g fat. I'm sold

Then for Strawberry Jam, I go for the homemade one. Why? Because if it is "made by order", you sure know how much sugar the producer put in it compared to the mass produced you bought at stores. I used to love SMUCKERS a lot. But once I found this one, I'm sold. Unlike most jams. This one has NO preservatives and NO concentrated ingredients or fake fake. All straight from strawberries hokay. This one bought from @wishlistspetite_x3mama super good

Then top it all off with Chia Seeds from @signaturemarket. Soak a table spoon of chia seed in a bit of water. Pretty simple. Go mix them all

Result? Awesome morning kick to start the day and by 5pm you'll go to toilet to clean your bowel. This means, you digestive system doing its work and that's what I want
