今次條片比較長,除左自己唔係好慣咁長既片,而且電腦也好吃力,機器舊啦始終。
特意前來馬灣,目的當然不是社區中心和公園。吸引着我們的是,在網上看到馬灣碼頭一帶甚有破落感的舊村廢置建築,還有如鏡般的海景。

Visited this local Korean eatery after half of a day trip in Ma Wan. Both ambiance and food were even better than my expectations. Recommended!!

頭盤有三款開胃小菜,有香腸,泡菜和韓式煎蛋卷,未算特別。
招牌韓式牛肉石窩飯 ($88) Beef Bibimbap in Stone Pot (HKD88)
石鍋飯有牛肉,麻油,韓式辣椒醬,蔬菜和芽菜,醬是美味的秘密,微辣且惹味,材料對辦,另一吸引的地方是飯焦,香脆吸引,特別在天氣寒冷的日子,感覺既美味又温暖。
Made with beef stir-fried with sesame oil, seasoned with Korean chili paste (gochujang), and served with vegetables and soybean sprout (kongnamul). I love the Korean chili paste which is the secret of its wonderful taste! The rice got a bit crispy and everything stay hot throughout the dish. This warm and flavorful bibimbap was a perfect and satisfying dish to eat on a chilly day!

韓式拌飯是很多朋友喜愛的韓國菜式,其多樣化的材料帶來豐富質感,加上惹味的醬汁是這個菜大受歡迎的原因。
可是很多朋友都不喜歡吃辣,我認識很多小朋友對辣味都非常抗拒。
所以韓國家庭菜中有一個叫做「醬油拌飯」,以醬油取代辣椒醬作為拌飯醬汁,再加上麻油和蒜蓉的香味,令這個菜式的美味有增無減。

材料:
雞蛋 6,水 120ml,罐頭粟米 1 tbsp,午餐肉 2 tbsp,水牛芝士 2 tbsp,車打芝士 2 tbsp,辣椒醬,蔥
做法:
1. 將雞蛋,水打發拌勻
2. 用大火,在鍋加入打發好的雞蛋,用木匙不斷攪拌
3. 當雞蛋稍為定型時,加入罐頭粟米,繼續攪拌
4. 當雞蛋煮至八成熟時,轉細火,加入午餐肉,水牛芝士,加蓋慢煮
5. 當雞蛋膨脹時,開蓋,加入車打芝士,辣椒醬,蔥,完成

▪ INGREDIENTS:
-6 Egg, 120ml Water
-1 Tbsp Canned Corn, 2 Tbsp Spam, 2 Tbsp Mozzarella Cheese, 2 Tbsp Cheddar Cheese,
-Chili Sauce, Scallion
▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine egg and water in a bowl. (egg to water ratio 4:1) Whisk with hand blender.
2. Heat up the stone pot over high heat, and add egg mixture to fill 70% of bowl. Use spoon to stir.
3. When eggs start to become curdy, add canned corn and keep stirring. When it’s 80% cooked, lower the heat to a simmer and add spam, mozzarella cheese and place the lid on.
4. When steamed-egg starts to double in size, open the lid and sprinkle cheddar cheese. Finish up with chili sauce and scallion
