Band ni best sebab boleh adjust the strain. So in between cardio.. 15 min lari - band 10 mins- lari 15 mins. So boleh Finish up in 40 minutes! Takde maknanya nak cardio 1 jam bagai...🤤😭.

So this Exercise pilates is focused on perut dan arms. Mampuih. Using ONE leg only to pull in the abs and lower body. 🔥 Am 59/60kg and let me tell you it hurts. Kalau dulu masa i 66kg dah pengsan dah ni.

Memang susah.. kena focus and kena balance. Perut kena maintain ketat and straight ke depan. 👍💪🏻 YES memang THRILL!!
