It's got everything you need to get your day going! Using @MissionFoods.MY wraps, this breakfast recipe will give you all the energy u need for a perfect start!

Ingredients:
2 Mission Chia Wraps
100 gm Baby Spinach, chopped
4 Sundried Tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp Cream Cheese
50 gm Feta Cheese
2 Egg Whites, scrambled
2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions:
1. In a pan, heat olive oil over low heat and cook the baby spinach and sundried
tomatoes for 2 minutes. Set aside.
2. Heat Mission Chia Wraps according to instructions on the pack.
3. Spread a wrap with cream cheese and top with fried vegetables. Crumble some Feta
cheese and finish off with the scrambled egg. Roll up to serve.

I LOVE sandwiches & wraps as my lunch-to-go because they're fast, convenient and simple to eat whether at work, school or while travelling. Unfortunately store bought pre-packed sandwiches aren’t always the healthiest. They then to contain a lot of hidden fat and calories.
Here are 3 delicious & healthy sandwich and wrap recipes for you to bring to work or school. All of these take less than 10 minutes to prep, they’re under 350 calories and very high in nutritional values.
