我第ㄧ次種樹是去無錫拍戲的時候
當時沒想太多
只直覺這肯定是ㄧ件好事
今天我這輩子種的第二顆樹
但這次才了解
種樹不止是對環境是件好事
它是有經濟價值的！
它所創造的經濟價值除了自己....尤其是後代都能夠獲益
只是這些好處目前知道的人很少
我認為它需要宣傳廣為人知
我實在是想不出
有件事它集合了賺錢、促進感情（親情、愛情、友情）、友善環境、身心靈健康以及澤被後代
這麼多好處的事
沒有理由不繼續做下去
沒有理由不和更多人分享
但前題是
你同意先付出再收獲這個概念
你願意走出戶外嘗試新的行動
我是會繼續下去

Building strength and endurance, step by step. Never knew holding a plank could feel so natural, as I've always found it to be a pain (literally!). Until @khoograce helped me figure out this plank variation at Strala Yoga, and there was an intuitive "aha!" moment where mind and body just fell into alignment. Loving this freedom to explore and experiment ☺️
