因為工作我成日都會無時間食飯,好多時人地食飯就係我做緊嘢嘅時間,所以我經常會準備定啲snacks比自己,係堂與堂之間嘅一個小break可以補充返體力,最誇張可能得5分鐘,要一路set up個班房一路食。

Who has a sweet tooth? I know I do 🙋🏻♀️!
Often times, people assume yoginis/yogis all eat healthy.
Well I’m here to break the news - we’re only human and have cravings as well :P.
Good news is, healthy snacks do exist ;) and I choose to BE KIND to my body by practising healthy snacking with @bekindsnacks_hk.
I always have one in my bag in case I need a pick me up before/after teaching yoga. (Yes, even before they sent me these goodies, I was already a huge fan).
Psssst.. they released a new yogurt line with cranberry & rose and cherry & chia seed!
