延續昨天的主題，「你可以不怕死」這本書給我最大的啟示在於一行禪師提出的這個概念：世界上無所謂生與死，一切只不過是不斷地轉化，新的顯形是舊的顯形的延續罷了。

就好像飄在天空中的雲朵，當條件合適、水氣飽和的時候，雲就形成了，之後可能轉為雨滴落下，流入河川、海洋，然後再成為水氣，接著再度成為雲朵。這過程中，或許還成為了我們的飲用水，變成我們身體的一部分。因此，當一朵雲消失在天空中時，它不是不見了，而是轉化了，而且是無所不在。它可能不再是以你原本認得的模樣存在，但如果你能練習深深望進事物的本質，你就能看出它來。

要深深望進事物的本質，需要一顆專注、清澈的心，才能夠意識到自己的念頭、情緒是如何來了又走，看清一切的無常。如果無法練習專注，那心中就會永遠想著下一秒該做些什麼，或後悔前一秒做了什麼，卻忘了安住在當下。當我們安住在當下，才能夠以更有技巧、更有智慧的方式行動，而不是被恐懼、焦慮、匱乏牽著鼻子走。靜心冥想給我們的，是心中除了雜念之外的一個空間，是幫助我們認清自己本質的機會。

書中我非常喜歡的一個提問是：在被我們稱為「生日」的那天之前，我在哪裡呢？想知道一行禪師如何探索這個問題，非常推薦你自己看書喔！

Following up on my post yesterday - one of my greatest inspirations from “No Death, No Fear” by Thich Nhat Hanh is the nature of no birth, no death. Every manifestation is simply a continuation of another.

Just like a cloud in the sky, when conditions are sufficient, it manifests. It may then turn into rain, fall into the river and the ocean, vaporize, and become a cloud once again. During the process, we may drink it, and it’ll become a part of us. Therefore, when a cloud can no longer be seen in the sky, it didn’t disappear. It simply transformed, and its presence is everywhere. It may not exist in the form you used to know, but if you look deeply, you’ll be able to recognize it.

To look deeply into things requires a concentrated and clear mind. It is to be aware of our thoughts, our emotions, and how they come and go because of the nature of impermanence. If we can’t concentrate, we’d always be thinking about the past or the future, unable to be in the here and now. Only when we dwell in the present can we act from a more skillful and wiser place, rather than being reactive to fear, anxiety, and scarcity. Meditation offers us a space outside of our usual, chattering mind. It provides an opportunity for recognizing our essence.

One of the questions I really like from the book was: “Before that day which is called my birthday, where was I?” If you’d like to know how Thay explores the question, I highly suggest that you read the book yourself.

我等了20年，昨晚在ID4星際重生上映的第一天，
我就迫不及待的看了這萬眾期待的ID4星際重生
如果你還沒看我之前的預告分析，請先看了我的ID4星際重生預告分析！
雖然我不會劇透，但是還是會大概說一下我的觀後感。
這齣戲很明顯是要打中國市場，為什麼？
因為很多中國品牌打廣告打到太空去了
這個電影大概兩個小時，你不會覺得很長
感覺一下就過去了，因為沒有太多的廢話
一來就說明外星人打到地球了，沒有什麼時間給你喘氣
不用說，現代最先進的電腦特技真的加強了這齣戲的看點。
那種看著那些建築物被破壞的真實感。
那龐大的太空船的破壞力,
看到很爽哦！
那最重要的還是故事。
這次的兵力大概比以前加多十倍吧～用外星人的科技打回外星人。
我很喜歡這次的空戰，它完成了第一集無法完成的畫面。
但還是會像第一集一樣，你會有那種：虾？這樣而已就結束啦？
就是有那種以為會有一場惡戰，但結束的有點簡單咯，
雖不至於讓人失望，只會覺得有點美中不足的地方。
以下有幾個疑問：

第一：如果外星人那麼聰明，他並不需要出動他的王，只是派它的兵就可以淹沒你們了。
她們也知道如果王死了，全部的外星人都會死掉，它應該不會那麼的輕率吧？那是聰明還是蠢啊？
第二：如果他要搶回那個宇宙知識，她不是應該先停止破壞地球，不然他會波及他自己吧。
第三：還有少少就破壞到地球，為何就這樣飛走啊？如果皇死了後應該全部外星人都會死掉，誰駕船走啊？

這些就是電影沒有想得透徹的地方，如果比較起第一集，第一集還會比較合情合理
如果要打分，我會給75%，給予他的電腦畫面，和快節奏不會太羅嗦，戰鬥畫面和一些故事情節


不過這個電影有隱藏幾個驚喜，加深這個電影的可看度。什麼驚喜？自己買票看吧！

This film targeted china market, why say so?
Because some china brand will be advertise in this film
this movie about 120mins, but you don't really feel it because very fast pace and no bull shit ,really just straight to the point and telling you that Alien has arrived
The latest computer graphic really makes this movie looks real, example the building collapsing, the Huge Alien space ship really exciting and looks real, But the most important is still the story.
it is about 10 times battle jet fighting with alien, which using their
weapon against them, I like the battles very much.
It really better than the first episode But i still feel the same like 1st ID4, You feel it ends up too easily

These are few thing i don't understand If compare the 1st, the 1st more make sense i will give this movie 75 point out of 100 for the
computer graphic, fast pace of the movie Battle screnes and part of the story But there are some surprises in this movies What surprises? Buy tickets and watch it by yourselves
