Any type of movement will alter your body and mind for the better. You do not have to be so specific with reps all the time. Doing any exercise at all is already progress! To avoid injury, remember to warmup and stretch properly before engaging in workouts. And always play around with new movements to keep it fun and interesting.

透過誘發臀部外展、外旋肌群,阻力圈是常見用來改善膝蓋內夾的輔助方式。
在選擇、操作上要注意
1.並非阻力越大越好,現在網路上很多阻力過大,如果又套在關節附近反而會造成關節排列不正,適得其反。
2.很多人套的位置過於接近臀部
根據研究,套在越靠近腳掌對於臀肌刺激越大。只要你的阻力圈阻力適當(如影片使用的太重就不適合)不妨下次試試把它往下移動,感受絕對會更燒~!

2.SINGLE LEG DEADLIFT VARIATION 15~20reps
