#手平衡
以前練火箭很喜歡嘗試各種不同手平衡
現在只想練一個手倒立🤣🤣🤣
因為發現以前的各種手平衡都是在偷吃步
雖然也不是說錯,但就是沒有很想練
不如把基本的手倒立練好再做變化
有時候我自己練習會把手倒立系列當作暖身,然後直接進入我要練的東西
教課我也很少教手平衡
以前很愛教,因為大家都不會可以搞很久,有些學生也會覺得新奇帥氣來上課
但後來覺得有點浪費時間,而且大家需要的是穩定健康的肩膀
還是不要搞同學比較開心,喜歡新奇帥氣的同學自有去處
總之我還是很討厭手平衡,腿真的很重啦🥴🥴🥴
