Prisutto Pasta Carbonara ($118)
Crispy Parma Ham, Creamy Egg, Parmesan Cheese
Perhaps one of the most classic dishes of all time is carbonara. The crispy and salty Parma ham could be the first thing that comes to mind. It added a real punch to the Carbonara which resembled the classic carbonara dish.
The sauce was flavorful but not that creamy which may be a plus point for some. The pasta was done just right, not that sticky.

再說卡邦尼，醬汁可謂有風味，但未到奶滑，喜歡濃滑醬汁的人可要注意，意粉也是剛剛好，有些許嚼勁，但不至黏黏的。
