People who failed are those who lack persistence. Persistent people never look for an excuse or a way out.

In support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and i'm tagged by @tinpeiling to show my support by doing the one minute plank challenge. Being a fitness noob, i do what i can 😂
I guess sometimes some challenges are not a one-dash to the finishing line, you just have to keep going, keep getting back up. The spirit and determination for all survivors and warriors, are truly admirable.
Get checked early, get checked regularly (annually at least for females age 40-44, internet tells me).
