40-Minute Resistance Band Total Body Strength Training
Blast your whole body with this resistance band workout. Resistance band has got to be my favourite piece of fitness equipment as they are super affordable, easy to transport and extremely effective in strengthening the entire body. I travel with my resistance band wherever I go to make sure I get to workout no matter where I am! In this workout, I share with you some of my best and favourite resistance band exercises to target the larger muscles as well as smaller muscles. Plus, this is low impact so it’s suitable for everybody!
Duration: 35 Minutes
Sequence: 45 secs Workout - 15 secs Rest
Total Calories: 300 - 350 Cals
Lower Body
1. Resisted Squat
2. Reverse Lunge Single Arm Press
3. Glute Bridge
4. Glute Kickback
Upper Body

This 15 Minute Booty workout designed for beginners. All you need is a light to medium weight of booty band aka resistance band(i suggest you dont go too heavy so you are able to do the full range motion not just half way)
Heres 4 exercises
1. Steps and Burpee x10
2. Fire Hydrant x15
3. Knee bend 90 degree lift up x15
4. Straight leg lift up

1.Forward - Backward Steps (30”)
......ล็อคลำตัว งอเข่า ย่อก้นลง ค่อยๆก้าวเท้าไปด้านข้าง 2 ก้าว แล้วกลับมาอีก 2 ก้าว
2.Pulsar Squat (30”)
......ย่อขาลงในท่าสควอท งอและยืดเข่าย้ำๆซ้ำๆ เพื่อให้รู้สึกเกร็งที่สะโพกและก้น
3.Frog Glute Raises (30”)
......นอนหงายชันเข่า เอาฝ่าเท้าประกบกัน แล้วยกก้นขึ้น เกร็งค้างไว้ แล้ววางก้นลง ทำซ้ำ
4.Leg Clams (30”)
.....นอนตะแคง ฝ่าเท้าประกบกัน แล้วยกขาข้างบนขึ้น เกร็งก้น จากนั้นวางลง ทำซ้ำ ครบ 15 วินาทีแล้วเปลี่ยนทำอีกฝั่ง
✅ทำท่าละ 30 วิ พัก 30 วิ แล้วไปท่าถัดไป
