FUNFACT: the wine paired with this dish is by Mönchsberg , a winery that existed when Mozart 🎶 was alive! They’re bringing back traditions and making it very limited, around hundred or so bottles per year, and the restaurant only gets 18 bottles per year!

Scallop with watermelon, peas and tomato! All the ingredients were super fresh, and the scallop was chargrilled to perfection 😘

This dish was from the vegetarian menu, 🌱 the Polenta crepe with with grilled vegetables and leek stock. Wasn’t expecting any surprises there but the the plating was spectacular and there were many layers in terms of texture on the plate 😍 Didn’t know vegetables can be so playful!

Filet of veal and raviolo filled with braised shoulder and passed cress, needless to say, the name of the dish itself suggests complexity, and it only exceeded expectations! ☺️
