Don’t be scared weights. You won’t look like a body builder.. actually you can’t look like a body builder unless you work out a ton and have a strict diet. At least from my understanding.
My goal is not to become a body builder. I lift weights to be stronger and have a slightly more toned figure. Not because I’m striving for a model figure, but there’s a sense of mental sternness in lifting that differs from yoga.
Video: I did 12 reps of banded deadlifts with 115lbs+, reversed lunges, and single leg leg press.
