Don’t be scared weights. You won’t look like a body builder.. actually you can’t look like a body builder unless you work out a ton and have a strict diet. At least from my understanding.
My goal is not to become a body builder. I lift weights to be stronger and have a slightly more toned figure. Not because I’m striving for a model figure, but there’s a sense of mental sternness in lifting that differs from yoga.
Video: I did 12 reps of banded deadlifts with 115lbs+, reversed lunges, and single leg leg press.

My go to exercise every time I’m at the gym. Why? Because we do way too many push movements in yoga and zero pull actions. #BalanceIsKey
