Video: I was able to do 2.5 pull ups in one go :P one less than pre-pregnancy. Gotta keep working on the assisted pull-ups 💪🏻

💪🏻 working out the workout schedule
As a first time mom, I’ve been struggling quite a bit with time management. It’s difficult to balance me time and baby time so I’m thankful that I managed to carve out a bit of time for a short workout with the hubby this week.
Yes, I miss my baby, even a few hours away from her feels like forever #obsessivemom? Possibly :P hopefully as she grows up a bit more, I’ll be willing to spend more me time and just a lil bit less baby time :P
Lol I decided to add a short clip of my husband lifting in the end. Not sure how much weight that is but I don’t think I can ever lift that. #expowerlifter
