I love #backbends and I love to put them in my #yoga sequences for class.
I remember when I was a rhythmic gymnast I was pretty flexible in my back but I didn’t know the correct alignments that would have prevented me from injuring my lower spine. That’s why, now, I’m so adamant on making sure that my students use their legs for #backbending and keep their feet and knees all parallel. I hope everyone can have a happy spine 😊😊😊
